First I like to once again say Welcome . This is the rule forum to Room Without A Window . Im going to be simple and blunt with the rules . If any of these rules are found to be broken all members caught will be banned from the guild . I will only give that member three strikes . After three warnings you will be banned without question .
RULES AND REGULATION TO THE ROOM :
1. Keep it clean . Cursing , and PG-13 rated disscusions will be tolerated .
2. Absolutly no cybering . Sex can be descussed and joked about . Cyber's will be banned imediatly .
3 . No racial slurs . Room without a window is a place of expression . If you "dislike" a certain kind of nationality then express it , but do not abuse ppl because of it .
4. Do not abuse other members . No one likes abuse . Members found abusing other's will be banned .
5 . Be nice . We all hate noobs . But remember you were a noob at one time to . Room Without a Window excepts noobs as well . Memebers found being rude to noobs....will not be banned...but punished .
Crew Rules & Regulations :
1 . Do not abuse your power . We all love having the ability to boss ppl around , but lets not abuse that . Abusive Crew members will be Demoted
2 . Keep up the work . Crew Members not found doing their jobs will be demoted .
3 . Hold your post . Each Crew will be asighned a forum to keep watch over . If you create a forum you are expected to keep track of it . If any problems occur or you are unable to keep up with your forum , contact the Captain .
4 . Crew are welcome as always to join in the disccusion's , but do not do favors for Members . If some one is breaking a rule , punish them accordingly .
More Rules to Follow :
1 . Role Players will be banned if caught cybering within their RPG's .
2 . All are welcome inside a forum . Don ot be hateful to those who are looking to chat in your forum .
Bottom Line Is :
Just go by the rules above and the rules that Gaia has set and everything will be fine .

Members found not posting , at least one a week will be banned from the Guild . Though it may not seem fair on your part , it is in my eyes . All an un-responsive member is doing is holding up good useable member space . If your in the way you will be removed .

QUESTION AND ANSWERS :
Q : How do I become a member of the Crew ?
A : Simple . Either send a pm requesting to be apart of the Crew to the Captian or Donate 1000 gold or more .
Q : How can I become a Vice-Captain ?
A : Hard . The VC's that are under the Captain , are very responsible , hard working , trust worthy and dedicated people . To become a VC takes the same amount of dedication . If you a wealthy Gaian you may also be able to buy your way into Vice-Captain position .
Q : Can I start my own forum ?
A : Yes . We invite you to make your own forum . Just let it be known that you must first have the permisson of a Crew or VC , before you can do so .
Q : What can I do with my forum , that I made ?
A : Anything you want . If you want it to be a RP , then go for it . Maybe you prefer political disscussion , then do it .
Q : Can I make my own rules in my created forum ?
A : No . You must follow the rules set forth by the Captain . Role Playing forums are about the only member made forum , that can make it's own rules , but even still it must obey the RP rules set by the Captain .
Q : If a member is harrasing me , what do I do ?
A : Report him/her to a Crew Member immediantly . They will then report to a VC , who will take the situation to the Captain .
Q : Can I create my own cybering forum ?
A : No . If any cybering is found in the Guild ( that means RP as well ) then you will be banned immediantly .
Q : Can I swear/curse in the forums ?
A : I dont see why not . Just keep it clean if possible

A new addition to the Guild is GonjaNUC17 . He is the Guilds very own Non-Playable Character ( NPC ) . He'll be the one sending you personal PM's and making new announcments around the guild every now and then . Don't bother pm'ing him much cause he may not answer back . He's just a NPC .
