Hi!

I haven't contributed anything for a while and this forum was getting kind of neglected so I thought I'd add this.
I have been taking a painting class at school for the last couple of weeks, (I've never done any painting before) and for our first practical project we were asked to recreate Van Gogh's 'Sunflowers', using different colours. This is my finished work:



Anyone else do any painting?

It looks difficult to do, though.

I'm guessing its Arcrylic paint mixed with base thickener.

you did well with such a medium. Painting is a very tricky skill, as for what i see, you knew what colors go together.

Never was a big fan of that kind of art, but you did a great job duplicating it. smile
