1. Any member wishing to submit an application must have at least 25 valid posts* in the guild.

2. All applicants must donate 20% of the gold in their accounts on the 1st and 15th of each month once their application is accepted.

3. Item to be quested for will not exceed 25,000 gold in price. (Shop and game items are not included in this questing thread).

4. Item quested for cannot be changed once applicant has reached the top slot on the quest list.

5. All donations are to be made to the account of rushjunkieaccountant within 5 days of the 1st and 15th of each month. Failure to make your donation on time is grounds for your application being denied.

6. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be denied and applicant will have to wait 1 month before submitting a new application.

7. Only 5 applications will be accepted at any given time. If all slots are full, members will have to wait for a slot to open before submitting an application. Any applications submitted when all slots are full will be returned to the submitter.

8. Once an application has been accepted, any gold donated becomes the property of the guild to be used towards the acquisition of quest items. Refunds will not be given if someone chooses to remove themselves from the quest thread.

9. Any questions regarding your payment record are to be addressed to your group leader. A record of all payments will be kept with the accountant for Roadies to access.

10. Applications are to be copied and sent to Shanra the Bard for approval. She will return your PM stating your application has been accepted. You will then be expected to make your first donation on the next payment date following your acceptance.

11. Once your quest has been completed, you are no longer required to make donations to the accountant. Upon acceptance of your next application, your donations will resume.

*a valid post does not include those with just one or two words. You must post something of a valid nature in order for your post to count.
