I mean I dont want my Bipolar to scare off my boyfriend..but he has been with me for 8 months..But I have been living with people who dont know how to deal with me...So I dont know how they cope or feel..I know my Bipolar has effected my boyfriend alot and has changed him alot..and me too..So If you can ..some advice please?

Sit down and talk to him about it. What your symptoms are and how you feel about him. Try to make the best out the times you feel "normal". Make lots of good memories that you both can think about in the bad times. And there will be bad times. Just try and have more happy times then bad times cause most people split up when the realtionship is more work then play.
And when you been crying all night in his lap, tell him you love him (I just assume you do), and tell him how much you apreciate his lap=)

my boyfriend had to deal with my s**t for months before i got well enough medicated, and now we're living together. the poor guy. if your boyfriend loves you, and you guys are really close, i'd think he'd just know... but i dunno... he'll take good care of you if he loves you enough, no matter what.

when you love someone you stick by them through the hard and the easy. if he cares he will stay by urside. my gf and i are both bipolar, i am a rapid cycler and she isnt, but we cope through comunication. we are always able to talk through the most difficult of times. just dont leave ur bf in the dark and have him always guessing about u and what to do with you.
never second guess yourself, and always follow ur heart, lol my advice is scattered whilest others are contained. i hope i helped.

BIG PIECE OF ADVICE: Being untreated and doing nothing about your bipolar disorder is a quick way to run off loved ones. So be honest with him and tell him that you love him and want to take care of yourself so that you can have a happy life together. (That sounds like you're going to get married, but you know what I mean. Have a happy life as long as you are together, however long that is.)
Make sure you are receiving proper treatment (therapy, meds, or both... I strongly advise some kind of therapy, it's really beneficial to you no matter how severe your bipolar is). Also, tell him what things to watch out for, because sometimes other people can notice when you're not right when you can't. Like, I had no idea I was manic until my husband pointed out what I was doing and I was like "OH MY GOD YOU'RE RIGHT". Also, his mother is manic-depressive and so is his best friend (who he had to drive to the emergency room when he had a gun to his head ready to blow his brains out), so he knows what behaviors to watch out for and identify as bipolar.
