There was no broken family, nor lack of maternal figures. Around the age of 6 however he did take up sports that involved combat, and it was then that his love for combat would begin. Like many his started with taking martial arts at a small dojo in his hometown. Of course, he was the best in his class. The limitations of being a human not applying to him allowed him to embarrass the others in his class with ease. He would later move out of his house getting a GED, to leave high school early at the age of 16.
¬ What?! How could I lose?: During his time in the world of martial arts he’d heard about a place called Lu-Bu. Such a place was believed to be the home to some of the most powerful fighters in the entire Gaian galaxy. Valentine being the cocky man he was chose to go there, and see how powerful they truly were. Upon his arrival, the first person he would challenge was the guilds owner Siegfriend Ecstuffuan. Sieg did live up to the reputation Lu-Bu had easily defeating Valentine. Valentine would remain there meeting a variety of people, who he later befriended. Namely Makenshi Hayashi, and Josie. It was also there, that him and Samayou Tamashii(Lord SabaDrith JhadOrga) would build up their relationship, him taking on a fatherly role.
¬ I'm gonna come out on top!: During his time at Lu-Bu, and his brief training period with Makenshi Hayashi, he learned of WMD. A mercenary organization, that specialized in what the name suggested, destruction. From assassinations, to the slaughtering of entire cities they did it all. Valentine joined WMD at the age of 20. The training he’d done with Makenshi showed, as he easily flew to the tops of the ranks. It only being a matter of time before he achieved the rank of General.
¬ No way I can be beat!: After leaving Lu-Bu, he moved to the fighting haven that Samayou Tamashii had created. Unlike at WMD, Tamashii would not allow Valentine to advance through the ranks with ease. The cocky attitude he held, and irrational thinking of such a young mind, not fit to teach others the way of combat. Regardless, Valentine stayed eventually working his way up to the rank of Bishop. It was here that most of Valentine’s more serious attitude was formed, through the death of Lord SabaDrith JhadOrga.
¬ Game Over: Hell’s Stride was a place Valentine seldom visited, in fact only having gone there once. During his time there he was killed by the infamous Croix Coldheart. Croix was no stranger to Valentine though, he’d met him at Lu-Bu and he had shown his face at Rock Fist a few time.
¬ Continue? 10...9...8...: Valentine was resurrected after his death by a mage, but at the cost of his combat abilities. Such a price was paid by Valentine, although he was given no choice in the matter. Regardless, he was grateful for it. The memories of his past adventures remained in his mind, yet he found the ability to fight the way that he formerly did. Currently, Valentine fights no longer because of his lack of ability. At the moment, only Lord SabaDrith JhadOrga was the only one who knew of this development. Quite possibly, the best covering for this being his new love, Josie. As such no need to fight has truly arisen. Valentine is however retraining under the command of Samayou Tamashii, to regain his fighting abilities.
¬ I'll never give in!: After around a week of training with Tamashii, Valentine realized that there was nothing for him to teach him. Learning only the basics once more, he knew decided it would be best for him to begin his traveling once more. Constant training, traveling and fighting is what awaited him now. All in preparation for one event, Heaven or Hell 09'. He knew this would be the best place for him to test his merit. So, with that in mind he would train until his heart gave out on him.

Abilities, Skills, and Attributes: Abilities: Demonic Energies: Callista's Demonic energies are used in cohesively with her melee combat to apply heat and force to parts of her body. The energy is used to generate heat at extreme temperatures. The heats generated can cinder things with direct contact with the highest concentration, but the range within her person is its flaw. Like a flame, if you get far enough away you won't feel the heat. Pyro Manipulation: Callista's demonic abilities allow her to create and manipulate fire. From there she can shape the fire, move the fire, and grow the fire depending on the situation and what she could use as fuel. The fire can be used as projectiles, streams, shapes and manifestations. Even small combustion explosions can be created, although the explosions aren't too powerful. The only limitations of her fire manipulation is the size that it can grow. IE. Callista could make a large phoenix of flames, but she has her limits. Light/Healing: Callista has minor healing abilities, like those of a white mage. Requires much energy. Skills: Acrobatics: Callista is an extremely flexible, and swift woman. She is trained to be agile on her feet and with a weapon. Her balance is impeccable and her physical discipline unmatched. Weaponry: Callista is greatly skilled with the use of weapons; having had several years of practice and training. However, her specialty is her scythe. Hand to Hand combat: Callista is confident and comfortable with the art of melee combat. She's built to throw a mean punch, and her body is physically able to compete hand to hand. She gains thrill in such fighting styles and prefers it above all else. It is by far her primary mode of combat. Attributes: Demon skin: Her body is completely resistant to the extreme heats and can withstand some of the hottest pieces of matter. Demonic Strength: Callista is stronger than the average woman. If she were a regular mortal, her size and weight would not allow her to posses the strength that she does. Her strength, minus training and athletic build, would be 3 fold that of a regular woman her size. Weaknesses: Cold: Callista is an entity of fire and when submerged in an environment that is without heat, she because weak, vulnerable, and physically ill. However, it is rare that she is ever found in such a state, for she is able to manipulate and manifest heat. But if she does find herself in such a situation, her powers become weak and nullified. Physical Description: Taki is a lean girl, although short in height, standing at 5'4 feet tall. She has long teal hair that goes to the middle of her back, but is usually seen in her trademark ponytail, with some matter of flora in her hair. She wears the headband bearing the icon of the Leaf Village, Konohakagure, on her forehead, just above her brown eyes. Seeing as she'd just been promoted to the chuunin rank, she is now clad in the trademark chuunin vest, with a special pocket for her notebook and pen, which she keeps on her at all times, and is often seen writing in it. She wears loose red pants, that secure at the ankles to keep from being caught on anything, and red sleeves that she keeps seeds in, and black shoes to complete her kunoichi garb.
Personality: Taki is an overthinker, by habit, and a careful observer of detail. As such, everything must be perfect, and she tends to get a little naggy to those around her if things aren't kept to her standards. She tries to get as much information as she can on a person, thing, or situation before she approaches anyone, keeping all her notes logged into a leather notebook, which she keeps on her at all times. She'd rather be a follower, and carry out orders to perfection, but when such a leader is not presenting themselves, she takes charge and gives orders. Taki often gives input, but doesn't force it on any group. While she may not be the strongest player, she makes a fair try at being the smartest.
Skills: Primary- Taki has a well-mastered knowledge of horticulture. She grows a large variety of plants in her greenhouse, and studies earthborne poisons and toxins from the flora of the world. With that skill, she has immunized herself to most plant-borne toxins.
Secondary- Weaponry, with basic ninja tools, such as kunai, shuriken, paper bombs, smoke bombs, and wire.
Abilities: Taki implements ninjutsu as her form of attack, taking a natural affiliation to plants and flowers. However, if she is not surrounded by plants, she must have a seed or plant in her possession to manipulate.
Kusamura no Jutsu (Thicket Jutsu): Taki's trademark specialty. By using a Rhododendron seed, she focuses on increasing the capacity and density of the stems, and creates a spherical orb defense around herself. Now at the chuunin level, she can hold up to three people in it comfortably, but must use much more chakra in using it effectively. To combine with this jutsu, she can run in it like a huge thorned hamster ball, to run over and injure opponents. Although it can be used in that way, it is most often used as a defense.
Tsuta no Jutsu (Vine Jutsu): Another of Taki's regular jutsu, but this one is very flexible in what she can use. She favors using the rubber tree seeds for this jutsu, allowed an added stretch because of it's natural quality. She normally uses that when supporting her own weight, and favors ivy when she's supporting something else. She can use this like an extention of her arm to grab or hold onto something, or she can lash it like a whip.
Kafun no Jutsu (Pollen Jutsu): By using the seed of either a dandelion, willow, or juniper plant. This can be used as a distraction, or as a combo with a paper bomb, to ignite all the pollen in the area, causing a greater explosion. (Note that the three dry plants listed are the most flammable plants, and burn the fastest.)
Shoueki no Jutsu (Sap Jutsu): This is often used with a maple tree seed, used as a trapping move. Taki can spread out the sap around a solid surface, letting those caught in it be trapped like against flypaper. The more chakra she puts into it, the wider the span she can move it. She can also create multiple layers, but it takes much more effort.
Ibarame no Jutsu (Thorn Rain Jutsu): Taki sends a flurry of thorns toward the opponent by manipulating the stems of a rose, or blackberry plant. She varies the amount of thorns and amount of area covered depending on her chakra usage.
Shokobutsu (Earth Manipulation): The Matsuhina Clan's kekkei genkai. It's seldom used, only when the user is almost completely out of power. By affecting the cells in their body to work like chloroplasts, their skin turns a green color, and collect energy from the sun. The technique only works in direct sunlight, and can only last for sixty seconds after gathering the energy.
Equipment: Kunai (12): A basic ninja throwing knife. Has a loop at the end, and can be used like a dagger, or thrown.
Shuriken (6): A basic ninja throwing star. Has a hole in the center, and must be spun when thrown.
Smoke Bombs (3): Another basic ninja tool. Creates a cloud of thick purple smoke, that reaches about 30m in diameter, and about fifteen feet high. Seeing through the smoke is nearly impossible, without a seeing aid (such as a doujutsu -eye technique-). It may affect smell, as too, but it's not terribly potent.
Belladonna Bombs (4): Taki's special creation. By repressuring the contents of the smoke bombs and infusing them with the extract of the berry of the Belladonna plant, otherwise known as Nightshade, creates a poison smoke cloud, with the same diameter and hieght of regular smoke bombs. Taki is immune, due to treating herself to poisons and gradually building immunity, since she keeps it in her greenhouse, however, she must be careful that no allies are trapped in the cloud.
Belladonna can enter one of two ways: Through the mouth/nose by breathing it, or through the tear ducts, by opening the eyes. Symptoms of the belladonna include: -Tachycardia (increased heart rate) -Blurred vision/dialated pupils (which would be sensitive to the arena light, per example) -Loss of Balance -Hallucination -Bright red rash -Paled skin -Confusion -Fatal if not treated within a few hours, but symptoms arrive quickly
Wire (75m length): A basic ninja tool, a thin, bendable wire that can be attached to solid objects.
Paper Bombs (15): A basic ninja tool, when ignited causes an explosion, about 7m in diameter from where it is attached. The more paper bombs placed in one spot, the larger the explosion. Flammable materials may add to the explosion.
Summoning Scroll (1): Taki's summoning scroll, that has bound her with a creature that she may bring to her side by a blood sacrifice.
Purpose in Valentine Day: To protect Konoha from attack, and retain information on the Orochi to benefit Konoha intelligence.
Biography: Taki is a ninja of Konohakagure, recently having participated in the Chuunin Examination (a large international test involving all the allied ninja countries and villages) and walked out successful. Now a higher rank, and having gained information on the other competitors, has formed a team with Sunagakure's Yamata Suginori, and Konohakagure's Rikei Kyuuzou. With the intentions of creating the ultimate tactical team, Taki feels she selected the two best candidates.
Taki comes from the Matsuhina Clan, who's ability comes with plant and flower manipulation. She spends a great deal of her time in her greenhouse, tending to and experimenting with her plants. When not in her greenhouse, she is often making herself hidden in trees, writing in the notebook she always carries with her.
Her notebook has vast knowledge, as Taki feels it necessary to write down nearly everything she observes. This also creates her habit in battle of being a defensive fighter, since she takes so long to calculate and predict the opponent before creating her own offense. Taki is rather skilled with trapping an opponent, rather than attacking them directly.

Physical Description Rikei is slim, and though he is only 5' 7", his well toned lean frame makes him seem taller. His hair is a vivid blond and typically is stylishly wild and disheveled. Rikei always wears a pair of blue tinted goggles, which either rest on his head, nestled into his hair, or cover his eyes for battle. Typically he wears darker clothes then most from Konoha are used to, the style learned from his origins in Iwagakure, and he also wears boots instead of the traditional sandals. The most recent addition to his attire is his Chuunin Flak Jacket, which he uses to hold some of his bottles.

Skills Rikei has the inexplicable talent for brewing just about anything to perfection, especially his chemicals, as he has practiced for years to create the perfect solutions in his (Usually Makeshift) Laboratories. Also, he makes a mean omelet.
Abilities Rikei uses his liquid chemicals, which are infused with his Chakra, to create various effects. Possibly the deadliest and most renouned of these chemical reactions is his classic explosions, as his chemicals were originally designed as explosives. However as his knowlage has grown, so have his potential reactions he can create, thus he carries different chemicals on him at all times. (Various chemicals are color coded) The chemicals are released in a reaction as soon as Rikei activates the Chakra infused into the chemicals. They will only react when he activates the Chakra, and will react in the way that Rikei chooses.
Equipment Rikei always carries his chemicals on him, the bottles kept in small bottles that are strapped on his person, and kept in his jacket. They are secure, allowing Rikei to move freely and not worry, yet easy to quickly grab and use. The chemicals are color coded, each type of chemicals having a different color. The amounts of each are listed below.

Purpose in Valentine Day: To protect Konoha from attack, and retain information on the Orochi to benefit Konoha intelligence.
History Rikei is a fairly recent addition to Konoha's forces. Previously he was part of a Terrorist cell in the Land of Earth, fighting with his team against the Earth Country and Iwagakure for their cause. It was here that he met the man he considers his teacher and inspiration, Deidara, and learned his outlook on what was Art. Soon after he discovered his talents as a Chemist, since he was unable to create Art as his master did, and thus found his own way. His chemical reactions became his art, and his weapon.
After the Terrorist cell fell apart, and all others thought to be dead, Rikei was on the run, and ended up in Konohagakure. It was here that he was caught and brought to justice by two Jounin, Guy and Kakashi, but not before destroying an entire street of buildings. Rikei soon joined Konoha, becoming a Genin, being kept around so that he could pay the severe reparations. However, after being given a home and people to care about, he pledged his loyalty to Konohagakure, and this new cause. With this inspiration in mind, he soon entered into the Chuunin Exams, blowing the competition away with lethal force, and becoming Chuunin. Now with his newly formed team, he is sent on a mission to scout the temple where there is believed to be Orochi activity. APPROVED

Physical Description: Having a medium-height, skinny build, Yamata normally wears various layers of clothes over such. His face, normally covered by a pair of goggles and facemask, shows the look of an inquisitive, studious human being. His eyes were a deep sage green, and his hair was a greasy black color. He's normally never seen without a black long-sleeved shirt, pants, and shoes with a hole in the front, as well as a grey cloak. Also of note would be a pair of forearmguards opening at the back of his wrists. Along with these guards were the upper-armguards with openings at the back of the ebow, and shinguards that open at the front of the knee.
Personality: Introvert and studious, Yamata tends to avoid any and all credit whenever possible.
Skills: Yamata's greatest skills lie in two things: Crafting poisons and craft of puppets.
Abilities: Yamata's most used ability is the technique that allows him to control his creations from afar, this technique having the name 'Kugutsu no Jutsu'. Other techniques at Yamata's disposal are his ability to create illusions of a clone of himself, 'Bunshin no Jutsu', and another allowing him to switch places with another object after the preparation of three handsigns, 'Kawarimi no Jutsu'. He is also able to perform the necessary summoning jutsu to bring forth the puppets within his three scrolls.
Equipment: Equipment include eight daggers in holes of the various guards he happened to be wearing, the remaining two in his shoes between his feet and the bottom of his shoes. Also of note would be the bottle-shaped projectiles he kept held up by loops sewn into the inside of his cloak. His final, and seemingly most important weapons, would be Yamata's puppets. One puppet, his first puppet, was a turtle puppet of a specific build. Other puppets would be a set of ten serpent puppets, and four hawk puppets. All of these puppets are contained in three summoning scrolls: One for each type.

Biography: When Yamata first became a genin, he started an intense amount of research on poison, preferring neurotoxins to venomous poison. Through his research he had found the poison he uses now, he just needed a way of using it efficiently. Thus, he made an effort to learn Kugutsu no Jutsu, as well as to make Kaigara, his first puppet. He decided after testing Kaigara's functions, that the opponent would most likely try to get him into a range that renders his puppets useless, and found he needed to learn a way to efficiently fight close-ranged. When he thought about this, the thought of using daggers in conjunction with Kugutsu no Jutsu came to mind. During the Chuunin exams, his puppet was brought to nothingness by an explosion. After a short trip to Sunagakure, Yamata's poison research equipment and the different sections of Kaigara 2.0 were brought to Konohagakure. Thus, his neurotoxin gained a large enhancement, as he also created two other poisons. He then set to finish building Kaigara 2.0. After agreeing with his elder brother, Soujuu to give his father a chance, his brother passed onto him the scroll of serpents he had obtained. Between this time and the Chuunin Exams, Yamata had taken the time to create three more poisons, as well as coming across a process to create bottle-shaped projectiles to keep gases in, using such during battle. This Exam was the most successful for him, as he had been promoted in such. Before his promotion, but after the Exams, he had a meeting with his father. After a long talk, he agreed to train with his father, as long as he could train in Konohagakure for now, instead of Sunagakure. So, to seal said deal, his father presented him with a scroll with four hawk puppets.
Poisons: Neurotoxin- Causes a paralysis of the nearest limb cut if injected, or the entire body if the poison is modified into an inhalant. Chakra decay-Saps chakra as it is released from the tenketsu points affected by the poison. Illusion- Modifies the target's mind into an illusion created by the opponent's subconcious. Physical decay- The poison aims for bare skin, attaches, and decomposes the target at a far more rapid rate then normal decomposition. Enhanced Chakra Production-For a relatively short time, the body's ability to convert stamina into chakra converts to triple the normal efficiency. After said short time, however, the user's chakra is almost completely drained from his body. Cardio-irregularity-The effect of this poison occurs roughly two minutes after contact with the skin. The neural system that determines how much blood needs to be pumped is clouded, causing the heart to randomly increase and decrease the amount of blood sent throughout the body. Poison is rarely fatal, and wears off ten minutes after contact.

____x____x : s k i l l s : Endurance-Alphonse trains daily in full armor and shield, and as a result of such he has almost inhuman endurance, being able to run(unarmored) for great distances without getting tired. He can strain himself for longer periods of time than most others before having to stop to rest.
Strength- Alphonse uses a weapon that requires a great deal of force to draw back, and despite the fact that he has the aid of a winch to help him he still can manually pull his crossbow back if necessary. Having trained at this for over eight years his arms and upperbody are well toned, making him able to lift more than the average man.
Sure footing- Much more an acquired ability than a skill Alphonse has very sure footing, allowing him to fire from areas that others would not normally be able to. He suffers no ill effects when firing from a place such as uneven ground or a shaking position, though there is an extent to which this is true(such as an earthquake or a massive shockwave). This also helps him keep his balance, as he is naturally unbalanced due to the nature of the equipment he wears.
Heat resistance- Alphonse, having worked in a forge for many years, has adapted quite well to extreme heat. He can withstand heat better, though not fire itself.
____x____x : b r e a k d o w n : Alphonse is a blacksmith from southern Gaia, who for many years supplied people with finely made weapons and tools for a nominal fee, biding his time until he found his true calling, as being a blacksmith just didn't seem to have an appeal to him anymore. Finally, after years of being a smith he found something that interested him, the concept of the crossbow; more specifically the Arbalest. Taking an entire year he fashioned himself an Arbalest, making every part by hand from scratch. He even took the time to carve the stock himself, among other things such as the fashioning of the pulley that would help him reload his weapon. Having studied as best he could the concept of the crossbow he also fashioned himself a large shield to wear, a pavise, to offer himself a better method to defend himself. That was over Eight years ago.
Since then Alphonse has taken to simply ambling about, visiting wherever he felt on a whim and a thought, though he always took hours out of his day to practice with his weapon, as it was in essence his life. Through this surprisingly strenuous training he has become much much stronger, able to lift things many times his weight that he was not able to lift before.

Faculty: Reloading winch History: An Arbalest made by Alphonse by hand, it has a tension strength of 250 lbs. and is designed to pierce through conventional armor, though it is equally effective against unarmored targets. It have an effective range of 100 yds before one must begin to arc ones shots, with each bolt moving at 340 fps, a rather astonishing rate considering it is a pre-gunpowder weapon. It is not repeating, therefore it can be fired only one time before reloading is necessary.

pavise- A large, almost oval shaped shield that covers the entire back of the wearer save only for the legs and the upper portion of the head, it is designed to provide almost total cover while the user reloads his weapon. To do this the wearer must turn around and put his back to the enemy, squatting down so as to cover even the majority of the legs while s/he reloads. It is made of carbon steel and weighs around 200 pounds, weighting down the wearer but providing almost a quarter of an inch of plated protection. This particular pavise can be stuck into the ground via a small set of stakes in the bottom corners, allowing it to be set up as a temporary covered spot. It is durable enough to defect some small arms fire and nearly all conventional melee weapons. It can, to a degree, stand against supernatural attacks such as fire and ice, though it was not designed to do such and the effectiveness is decreased.
Long Knife- A simple, wood handled knife with a six inch stainless steel blade, it serves as Alphonse's melee weapon in case someone should get close enough. While made for combat, it works just as well as a carving knife or similar utility tool. ____x____x : a c q u a i n t a n c e s :

Physical Description: Colin has short hair that’s a dark black hue. His penetrating, blue-green eyes are flecked with yellow, a small scar trailing from the tear duct of his left eye across the bridge of his nose. His angular face gives off a feeling of courage and confidence while making him look a few years older than he is. His snake bites rest below his slightly plump lips. His voice is an interesting mix of his mother's Irish and his Father's British, annunciating like the latter but with a small hint of the drawl from the former. His years on the swim and rowing team at Yale have built his body to the peak of performance, his triangular torso and cut muscles testament to his strength, but not his speed. Along his clavicles and spine are Chinese characters that say "Strength in movement and silence" in memory of his teacher. His left knee is criss-crossed with scars from his experience with ‘coercive techniques’. The right side of his ribcage has a scar running perpendicular to each rib from the surgery to replace them with light-weight prosthetics.

Personality: Colin hates humanity. His loud personality is present just before the kill or when around people he can tolerate.
Skills: Colin was taught Escrima, Kali, and Arnis. Each is a Filipino fighting style and are similar in many ways. Colin’s also a contortionist and, through two years of torture and five years of living in the wild, has been conditioned to resist pain and the elements.
Abilities: The closest thing Colin has to an ability is his eyes. The birth defect, Felix-Garfield Syndrome, that gave them their feline appearance increased his night-vision, though it has dulled his vision of color and has made him yellow-blind.
Equipment: Two rattan sticks, about three feet long. He carries them on his right hip in an altered drum-stick case that’s been elongated to accommodate the difference in dimensions.

Biography: Colin was born to Alyss Cairn O'Hoyll and Graham Kerrigan Ryall, a car-dealership owner, on August 15, 1980 in Ipswich, England. Living through the end of the Cold War, Colin was exposed to the sting of constant fear, affecting him mentally to feel no fear. By the age of ten, Colin was desensitized to fear. It just didn't exist to him. When he was little, Colin was diagnosed with an odd ocular disorder called, uncannily, Felix-Garfield Syndrome. It occurs in 1 of every 500,000,000 children, and rarely exhibits itself as greatly as it did in Colin. Felix-Garfield Syndrome is harmless, though it enhances the afflicted's sight greatly. The muscles around the pupil didn't form properly during incubation so, when the pupils contract, they do so like a cat, shrinking to a slit. The formation of these muscles also caused the formation of his rods and cones to be off, granting him better low-light vision, but caused colors to be more gray than should be, and he can't see yellow. Elementary school was a time of trials. His eyes and odd personality - calm and calculating - ostracized him from the rest of his classmates, but also placed him in the excelled course. His education was the highest his parents could afford. Middle school was the same, his education the only thing that occupied his time. Around this time, Colin discovered he was a contortionist. Oddly, every joint in his body was double-jointed. He could bend and twist in ways that no one else he'd met could. Secretly, Colin began to test the limits of his joints, discovering exactly how far each could bend before he'd collapse under their pain and how he could balance while doing so. Grammar school rolled around, and Colin went from an outsider to the middle of attention. His mysterious aura he exuded attracted girls and impressed boys. Coming out of his shell, he began to make his first friends, though he never felt close to any of them. Learning about his own sexuality, he became very friendly with practically every girl. He joined the track team, his specialties the 100-meter dash and the high jump. His parent's pride grew as he became the valedictorian of his class, keeping this status through high school, where he quit track and joined the swim team. Accepted to Yale, Colin majored in Sociology and minored in Language. He continued to be on the swim team and became a member of the rowing team, quickly rising through the ranks of both to become Team Captain. After four much filled years, Colin traveled to the Filipines to learn about his own life and inner mental working. Living in near poverty to know what the homeless experience, he was taken in by Abuan Dimaano, a teacher in the arts of Kali and Escrima. This elder of the community saw the struggle Colin was going through and thought him a living Saint. While living with Abuan, Colin was taught Kali and Escrima and, for a few years, felt at home. That was before the attack. Colin's presence wasn't as greatly accepted by the rest of the community and, one night, three men decided to remove the threat of 'Western Communism.' The three entered through the front door and , with one single error, sealed their fate. The three were drunk as they decided to kill Colin and, after entering Abuan's house, forgot which room was Colin's. Entering the elder's room, they stabbed him repeatedly in the dark, their thrashes of struggle knocking over a lamp. The thump woke Colin who, thinking they were being robbed, grabbed his knife and went to investigate. Seeing the three leave Abuan's room, Colin attacked. The first man fell with eight swipes, his throat a chunk of ground meat. The second had useless lungs before the first hit the floor, and the third, well, he was impotent. Blood dripping from his hands and covering his shirt, Colin looked down at the three corpses and, with calm, calculating eyes, went into his master's room. The bed was dark with life, the soft patter of crimson kissing the floor pounded into Colin's ears. Reaching out, he gently pressed his palm to the sheets, the wetness spreading into his soul.
Man was evil.
Grabbing hi master's necklace of prayer beads, Colin went into his room, grabbed what little clothes he needed, all the money he could, and left. He was 24. The next morning, the news told of four men found dead in an apartment. Three of the men were drunk and a brawl seems to have risen between them after having killed an elderly gentleman that taught self-defense in a near-by warehouse. No investigation was necessary.
Colin became a hired hit-man, his detest for life driving him further and further towards oblivion. It fascinated him, death. To looking into his target's eyes as they slipped away was something he picked up after reading a book about a pyrokinetic. It was always a new experience. None looked the same, their eyes widening as they saw what he could not. One mission called for subterfuge and, when nearly completed, he was found out. Captured and tortured, Colin continued to leak just enough information to keep him alive, but his contractor a secret. He experienced it all: waterboarding, bones broken, veins injected with various chemicals with varying effects, etc. When given the chance, Colin struck. Barely managing to escape, Colin managed to reach a river and, passing out, floated down the Colorado to Nevada. Waking in a hospital, the doctor's had many questions, and Colin told him he couldn't remember. Faking amnesia, Colin recovered over the course of four months, working every day to recuperate more of his strength and flexibility. Finally healed, Colin left the hospital under the identity of Charles Chissik, a freelance photographer.
After that, he was never seen again.
If asked, and at your own risk, Colin would tell you about his four years in refuge in Nevada, living on Mt Moriah, living on the environment and his own wits. He set up a contact with which any contractor could reach him if they needed a job done, though neither employer nor contact saw or met with him. He lived this way for three years.
Then all contact stopped. Eventually, it was assumed that he'd died from either exposure, dehydration, animal attack, or worse. No record of his death was ever made, and he was survived by no one. The Ryall bloodline had died out.
Or had it?
Groom Lake Facilities had been working on a Interspatial Matter Transporter called HECATE, after the Greek Goddess of Crossways. Testing zones had been previously established and, on Tuesday, Nov 27, 2007, Colin stumbled upon this zone through fault of proper security measures. Out foraging for food, the soft hum of the fuel-lines and the fusion reactors gave him pause and, as he turned his head towards the noise, he was blinded by the 'portal' created.
Scientifically, a wormhole was opened for a split second which engulfed Colin into it, speeding him away to the world of Gaia, but to the Secretary of Defense, it looked to be a large flash of light. Nothing special, just a flash of light. The steel box that they had placed out in the field to be sent through the wormhole was still there, sitting in the middle of the testing zone without any structural change save for that the metal had condensed into a harder substance. Though this was interesting, the lack of interspatial transit caused the first test to be deemed a failure.
Of course, Colin knew that whatever had hit him had worked. HECATE could only transport biological material. If it was once living or is still alive, it can move through the wormhole. Unfortunately, Colin's prosthetic ribs were left behind with his clothes.
This created an awkward situation when, once deposited in Bassken Lake, Colin discovered he was naked save for his rattan sticks and prayer beads which were floating beside him. Found by a fisherman, Colin was escorted to the nearest inn, where he was given some clothes and asked about where he'd come from and what had happen.
He told them he didn't know. First, he was at the base of Mt. Moriah, looking for some food, and the next he was treading water, stark naked and freezing. When no further information could be drawn from him, the innkeeper, Rachel Thurmin, took him to the nearest hospital where new prosthetics were implanted to replace the ones in the middle of the Nevada desert. When he was well enough to work, Ms. Thurmin offered Colin a job as a custodian, which he promptly accepted.
He needed money, and didn't care how he got it.
While working for Ms. Thurmin, Colin also pulled a few petty thefts, sneaking into stores and homes to swipe a few dollars here and there, but nothing big to call attention to himself.
Two years later, he was set. Leaving Ms. Thurmin with enough money to get an a real apartment, he headed out into Gaia. APPROVEDAPPROVED

Name: Roen Dominic Jaeger Known Aliases: The Darkened Devil Age: 31 Place of Birth: Africa Date of Birth: November 24th Gender: Male Height: 5'8" Weight: 185 lbs. Race: Abyssal Devil/Roen's person is painted in that of humanities image; an advanced mimicry.
Eye Color: Amber/Garnet deep set eyes. His forehead bridges over slightly, shadowing these orbs and sometimes giving him a haunted appearance.
Hair Color: Thick Brown. Roen keeps it short in the back but allows it to retain length in the front to about chin length.
Appearance: Roen is not tall compared to Gaian standards, averaging in about 5'9" in height. What he lacks in stature though, he makes up for in tone and muscle with evenly portioned amounts of body fat - a body built of balance. And his face? His face can be described with one word - striking. Dashing even; a perfect blend of boldness and grace that everyone wishes for but few are born with. A seemingly perpetual five 'o' clock shadow seems to be the only marr, giving Roen his more rugged appearance. Coupled with the deep set amber hues embroiled into his skull, his face is entirely unique. Roen also possesses one other unique attribute - this one in the form of an appendage. A spaded tipped tail stems from the small of his back, the leathery hide reaching to the ground and then some before finally stopping. Peculiar, it is the left overs from a transformation under taken a long time ago.
Where fashion is concerned, Roen is an eccentric at heart; choosing brilliant reds to clothe his person. Coupled with black, Roen pays homage to both the perception of his race as well as memories long past. From red pinstripe suits when he feels rhetorical to long red naval coats for the more bold evenings, Roen is never seen in public without red fashions.

B'nelle Desada - An elven form of swordplay taught to Roen by one of the few remaining (now dead) elves of the earthly realm. This style of swordplay puts emphasis on counter-attack and attack with the blade while maintaining balance and solid footwork. It is uncommon to see a B'nelle Desada practitioner overextending him or herself nor is it common to see them backing away from confrontation. Determination, resolve, and a steadfast mind are key when using B'nelle Desada.
Cateran - Fighting techniques focusing on Highland Two-Handed swords. Taught to Roen by the Lizard-Man-Scot Kalar. The basic principle is the body is said to be in equilibrium when the center of gravity is in its center of magnitude; or when both are perpendicular over its base, that body is in its firmest situation, for then any part of it can be moved round that center without falling. In this position, it is that the swordsman uses all of his limbs with the greatest freedom and activity, and yet with the greatest strength and firmness, while he preserves his equilibrium, and while his right (or left) hand is varying the center of gravity every moment by continually throwing from side to side and guarding every part successively; the left (or right) is its counter balance, and by moving diametrically opposite, preserve the center of gravity in the center of magnitude, and both still perpendicular over the standing foot.
Hand to Hand Combat - Roen has never been formally introduced to martial arts but with his years of combat experience, he is quite knowledgeable of techniques employed by various different martial arts hailing from many different provinces. It is not uncommon to see Roen using one element or another from a martial art to supplement his own uniquely unorthodox fighting.
Natural Abilities:
Healing Properties - Enhanced cellular growth increasing healing capabilities. Cells multiply five times faster then that of an average human male. Broken bones and serious lacerations can heal in a matter of days while other more serious and complex injuries can take up to a maximum of several weeks so long as he is properly rested.
Limited Reactive Adaption/Evolution - An Abyssal Devil's body, as it heals, adapts and evolves itself to make previous threats (beings who were on equal footing or stronger than them) less effective and neutralizes them. Based on the aphorism whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Devil Strength - Advanced protein complex genetics. Paranormal tissue density coupled with enhanced endurance and shortened recovery time. Roen can measure up to three athletic human males in terms of sheer strength and endurance at this point in his lifetime.
Devil Speed/Reflexes- While his movement rate are higher then that of an average human male, his neurologics are as high as ten fold. This is due to his advanced form of physiology; his neural synapses tweaked and honed which in turn means shortened reception speeds and faster reactions.
Devil Senses: With his devil speed and reflexes as prerequisites, it is no wonder that these abnormal abilities should bleed over into his sensory perceptions. Though his senses of touch, sight, and hearing are above normal standards, it is a conundrum as to why his sense of taste and smell aren't as toned.
Supernatural Abilities:
Devil Perceptions - Roen has a unique ability that allows him to feel life around him in all of its grandeur with an enhanced form of psychometry which he feels with his spiritual aura. Life comes to him in the form of echoes; ripples almost, with he being the pool in which they wade in. The larger the ripple, the more advanced form of life he feels. And with these feelings of life comes an advanced form of empathy and minor form of telepathy. The more intimate he is with these 'ripples', the more poignant his forms of empathy and telepathy are. Intimate meaning physical contact or close proximity.
Abyssal Energy - Like a human's spiritual energy, an abyssal devil's power comes from the coupling of both his or her's soul and life-force, thus creating a unique blend of power are their disposal. This is what gives Roen his intense body heat, superb physiology, and reduced recovery time. Abyssal Energy is responsible for the bulk of Roen's inhumane physical abilities.
Dark Halo - A physical manifestation of abyssal energy represented in the form of a black halo above his head (which he is oblivious of); occurs only when abyssal energy is summoned in abnormal quantities.
Acquired Skills:
Obtenebration - Obtenebration is the trademark Discipline of clan Lasombra which grants them control over shadows and the supernatural darkness of the Abyss. The unnatural darkness summoned by Obtenebration is extremely frightening to mortals, animals, and even other Cainites unaccustomed to its use. The exact nature of this Discipline is unknown even among its greatest masters, and it has been a subject of religious, philosophical, and metaphysical debate among vampires for millenniums. Its greatest scholars are the followers of the Path of Night and practitioners of Abyss Mysticism, which draws on knowledge of this Discipline in its rituals. While fairly common within the Sabbat, Obtenebration is virtually nonexistent among Camarilla vampires and anyone seen using it would be regarded with extreme suspicion. The Devil uses his abyssal energy coupled with experience with this type of shadow manipulation to in turn create his own variation. Devil's Rejection - **Dark Halo and Abyssal Flames must be in use as a prerequisite** Condensing the scarlet aura attributed with the element of fire about his body, Roen can increase its potency and thus create a barrier of intense heat about himself. Temperature depends upon his discretion and skill as well as physical and mental well being.
Devil's Inferno - **Dark Halo and Abyssal Flames must be in use as a prerequisite** Instead of condensing and controlling his aura, Roen instead relinquishes his hold and restraints upon the flames he summons and in turn creates an inferno out of his own power which runs wildly off of his body and around him. This is a taxing technique - its sheer potency and required abyssal energy to maintain the free roaming flame is more then any of his other techniques. These flames, when left unchecked, will spread and intensify, like a wild fire, with his power as its gas and the air around as its catalyst. Roen can maintain this technique for a period of seven minuets before he has to take control and thus douse his own abyssal flames.
Flame Retardant - Roen has a natural resistance to intense forms of heat and flames built into his body after years of extensive training with his own abyssal flames. This is due to his limited adaption and evolution trait which allows his body to heal and adapt. After prolonged training and exposure to his fire, Roen's skin has adapted to withstand even the harshest forms of heat and flames that come with his own devilish might as well as the mights of others. _
AP Ward - An anti-projectile ward set about Roen's body by himself, intimately linked to his reserves of abyssal energy. Inanimate projectiles entering his prescence that move at a speed that threatens his well being are instantly bombarded by a thickening of air particles, moved from the trace the object leaves behind and immediately pushed to the front. Ergo, an object moving at eight hundred feet per second such as a bullet fired from a standard issued M1911 would be reduced to a chucked rock from a twelve year old. Strains upon Roen's abyssal reserves vary depending on Velocity x Mass.
Disadvantages:
Flesh and Blood - Roen is an advanced mimicry of humanity. It means he is flesh and blood, bone and sinew, cells and organelles, etc. He can be cut, he can be broken, he can be killed. Still hard to do these days.
Nourishment - Roen's body lives off of food. Human food. Roen in his head, though, can't stand meat. Roen in his body has a high metabolism which requires more then normal nourishment. This is a handicap. Roen needs to eat alot and often to retain his strength. Meat is a no-no on his menu.
Attraction to the Opposite sex - Roen loves women, and women love Roen. Roen cares immensely for the company of women, finding their personalities, physiques, and general mannerisms much more interesting then those of his male counterparts. As such, he often finds himself in less then desirable circumstances which commonly involve jealousy, anger, and bloodshed. Despite these occurrences, Roen is a womanizer which is more often then not, used to his disadvantage.
Blasted Cold - Roen's homeostasis flourishes upon one basic principle - that his body remain in perpetual warmth. Not a human's norm. 98F, but rather an abyssal devil's 105F. This means the cold bothers him - alot. Too much can prove fatal.

Info: Adeipho, the Master Artificer, took his time forging this blade. Letting it's song sing through his spacious halls with every hammer blow, tuning it from a stuttering choir boy into one of the Three Tenors. It first began as a block of Adamantium, a brick of Electrum, a purse of Gold flecks, a coil of Silver, and more Copper filament then dare be asked. He was going to craft a monster, something dreadful, a horror that should never dare be unsheathed from it's womb. A Frankenstein's monster. He had learned much of these people's culture, the humans of this world, determining their course and understanding their fates. Though the man he was crafting a blade like this for would never know exactly who the Smith was, the sword would perhaps do the talking for him. It's peerless perfection would cleave and slice those that stood before him with a rather disturbing ease. All of these things had yet to come to pass, but Adeipho knew long before ever picking up his hammer again that he was undergoing the throws of precognition. It was imperative that he make a blade unlike that which he had made before, something that the other Artificers would marvel at. With a firm resolve he took the forge, it's massive maw stretching across the length of his domain. Hellfire and smoke boiled all metal that dare enter, even the mighty Adamantium, but he was going to soon render that ability moot. And thus began the hammer blows, in rhythm with the heartbeat of the Forge.
His heavy fists swung the giant unadorned piece of metal he called his hammer, over and over again. Squashing the red hot Adamantium between the anvil and hammer, thinning it and spreading it's width. Until eventually the heat began to dissipate and back into the fires it went, eventually when it was quenched enough the imbuing process needed to occur. He fitted the sword with a large fuller and began to press the molten Electrum into the Adamantium. Carefully smashing the two elements together, eventually producing a lovely aesthetic trait, the dark almost black metal was off-set by the mixture of Electrum down the fuller. Very much like a single highlight in a mop of black hair. The blade was going to be sensitive to one thing though, and that was raw power. Adeipho was well versed in these types of weapons but had not made one for quite a long time, he needed to give it a "soul" make it alive. Despite the terrific flames that could turn a body to ash within second, the floor and walls began to become encroached with frost. Quickly chilling the room to near Arctic temperatures, his breathe become visible in the air but still he sweat. Funneling into this weapon was his own psyker energies, the immense strength of his bloodline and brethren becoming one with the blade to make it live. Never would it be truly alive, but the sensitivity of the sword would become extremely useful and make it much more potent. A weapon that the wielder could imbue his own strength into, call upon and be forewarned. In essence, it was alive, but not actually living. Looking out for itself and it's master through self-awareness and the scanning of it's surroundings. Only through the clanging of it's blade against another could the voice being tuned be heard.
It cried out in lament, the pain was massive, the veins in the Artificer's massive body bulged and throbbed. Channeling this much power was a risk in of itself, but worth it. Each time the dull edge was slowly filed into a point of perfect slicing, he could feel it scream and worm around. It's skin was being peeled away, but the Smith pushed forward, knowing that what being done was imperative. He worked upon the hilt and cross-guard with tenacity, adding to the blade arms and limbs of it's own; in a sense. Decorating and milling in silver and gold into the ultimate metal, twisting and cranking away a subtle pattern. Carving into the blade ruins of power, naming it and giving it purpose. Allowing a restless beast to become reined in and tied down, in his hand the broadsword was tiny, but to a normal sized human the weapon would be large. In the end the blade itself was sixty-six inches long, three and a half inches wide (with the cross guard being two inches wider on each side) and six tenths of a centimeter thick. The two handed grip was lathed to incorporate the hand placement of the user, and roughly eight inches long. At the end of it all the pommel, containing the counterweight made of heavier tungsten. This would help the weapon as it was swung and keep the center of balance and percussion in order to achieve a larger sweet spot, just like on a baseball bat.
When it was complete their lay one of the Devil's teeth upon his anvil. Black, and blued from the extreme heat, twin gouges shooting down from the cross guard and then arcing in towards one another when the fuller ended. If you hadn't known it, many people would have believed that the sword was actually made from beautiful obsidian and matching the sharpness of such a stone. As very few are aware, obsidian can be carved into some of the sharpest edges imagineable, this one just happened to be under a four nanometers and lacking the natural seration of any sword or blade at such magnification. How Adeipho did this to Adamantium, is a secret of his own and his kin. Into the crossguard he had crafted the twin faces of daemons on either side, horrors that he had seen many tims over. Splintering the metal with their long incisors and canines, threatening to gouge the wrists of the one wielding it, but twisting away at the last second to never allow for that to happen. In their many dozen eyes, he planted a force attuned stone, sensitive and powerful, and only reactant to the one wielding the weapon and would increase his power several times over if tapped into. He'd notched the grip to perfectly fit the man's hands even down to the fingerprints; no matter which way he held it, insuring that only he could wield it perfectly. Everyone else would either be slightly too small or two large. The weapon gleamed under the incredible amount of polishing that was done to nearly every last millimeter. Adeipho even took the time to hammer the tungsten counterweight at the bottom into a large canine tooth shape for gaffing.
And thus he named it Hræðilegr, in English it was known as Dreadful or Horrible.

Info: The feeding ramp is polished to a mirror sheen to cut feeding problems in half. The slide has been replaced with a reinforced version, meshing perfectly with the frame, creating a sleeker look. The frame itself has been iron-welded and scraped down multiple times for maximum precision. The front strap part of the frame has been checkered to make it dig into the hand preventing slipping. Sight system is a 3-dot type, having an enlarged front sight, giving it superior target sighting capability. The regular hammer has been replaced with a ring hammer to enhance the cocking control and increase the hammer-down speed. The thumb safety and the slide stop are extended to allow for more precise handling. The base of the trigger guard is whittled down to use a high grip. And the trigger itself is a long type for easy finger access. The trigger pull is 3.5 pounds. A pound and a half lighter then standard issue. The magazine well is widened to make it easier to put in a new magazine. The magazine catch button is cut down low to make it harder to hit by mistake. The mainspring housing has been changed to a flat type to increase grip. Cocking serrations have been added to the front part of the slide making it easier to load and eject cartridges faster in an emergency.

Physical Description: Like most Suikage’s, Virgil is tall reaching about five feet and ten inches. His hair was dyed black and was cut short after leaving Kirigakure. After arriving at Konoha he let it grow to waist length and added a few secret accessories into his mane of hair. It is often smooth and well cared for to hide some of the things he hides in his hair.
Virgil’s face is smooth to touch with a few strands of hair covering his dark brown eyes. His skin is dark tan and under his left eye is a crescent scar, given to him by his older sister. He wears his headband over his forehead cleaned and polished with only a few scratches. On his torso is his gray chunin jacket, unzipped to reveal a black fishnet shirt. He wears black gloves with metal plates on the back of his palms. His kunai hostler is on right and he has a dark blue hilted katana on his left side. Around his waist is a belt holding Virgil various accessories, like paper tags, thin wire, and smoke bombs. On his back is a medium sized scroll holding a few heavy objects.
Personality: Virgil is normally carefree and lazy but he has a smart mind and is able to keep a level head at hard times. His leadership skills are lacking though and he likes to do a lot of things by himself he is still kind and occasionally wise. Lately he has gained a more cold and heartless attitude due to the Aquaris genes slowly activating in his body.
Skills: -Virgil is a good swimmer and can hold his breath for long periods of time -He also has a lot of stamina and physical strength -He is creative and sometimes hard to predict with his occasional 'wild' side
Abilities: Mizuwaza-Water artists
His clan is composed of what seem to be powerful water/ice manipulators. They are gifted with a strange birthmark located on their back. The birthmark is shaped like a blue mermaid tail and two water drops. Their bodies will be incredible weak and frail at birth and they are forced to only study for a few years as their bodies develop.
Soon they will gain the ability to use the moisture in the air and form dangerously sharp and fast water. The water is able to move at incredible speeds and is summoned from what seems like thin air. They use this ability after excelling into a chunin rank. Along their legs, arms, and back with blue tribal markings initiating other parts of the bloodline. The users are very fluid and flexible, and are very athletic gymnasts. They summon powerful forms of water in any shape that are able to carve through stone with ease.
They are able to manipulate liquids, including blood, or beverages. He can turn his water into clones that can take many hits before dissipating. He can also create a powerfully slow and strong mist that can do the same thing as his water.
The users of this bloodline can also create massive springs of water from the ground and create massive sources of water. The ability can be used as a powerful healing source as the water they us is made from the moisture in the air and when the moisture comes in contact with special chakra the water gains healing properties.
The water is able to also change temperatures to extreme cold of burning hot. When Virgil comes in physical contact with a human he can drain the liquids from their body, leaving them shriveled. It is a slow long and painful process that is quite draining. Also ink falls under the jurisdiction of a liquid and is also used to manipulate. Virgil can use these vast abilities to his advantage to create rainfall mixed with senbon. The water can form a large dragon then Virgil hop onto the dragons back and fly on it or run away and cause it to explode.
The waters elements can also be changed. For example, if someone was performing a fire jutsu, Virgil would turn water into a flammable substance to further the flames power. Also the liquids temperature can increase or decrease at will. Also the Mizuwaza increases the ability to perform high level jutsu and also gives a large boost in chakra. The clan are able to use high rank water jutsu by using water manipulation as a catalyst.
The Suikage are also Masters at Chakra Manipulation and their control over Chakra is often strong. Their levels of chakra exceed those of ordinary ninja, especially in their Aquaris stage of life. Most of their techniques at Virgil rank are C and B rank jutsu. When the Aquaris seal is active the chakra usage for many of their Techniques drop.
Aquaris Gene- The Aquaris Gene is a demonic seed located in a Suikage’s left eye. Eventually the eye turns light blue and mysterious blue seals spread over the body and the Suikage’s control of Chakra and Water increase along with their Chakra level. Speed and Agility is greatly increased in this form and when the Suikage enters and new change occurs.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu English Translation: Shadow Clone Techniqe Justu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: 0 - 5 meter Type: Offensive Attack Kage Buushin no Jutsu is the ability to replicate clone that have substance, meaning that it looks real, like a human. A clone is also able to perform any jutsu because it has substance. This is the advance technique of Buushin no Jutsu (Clone Technique). When the clones are destroy, they will disappear in smoke.
Equipment: Blade of the Suikage-A dark blue katana that is able to 'stop flows'. An example would be if Virgil cut into a blood vessel the blood wouldnt flow from the wound but would block several other vessels around the wound. The blade uses chakra to disperse an oncoming attack if timed well. If timed perfectly the attack can be re-directed. The blade has several other secrets.
Kunai-A basic ninja throwing knife. Has a loop at the end, and can be used like a dagger, or thrown.
Scroll-A large scroll slung around Virgil back holding larger weapons like; a zanbatou, large kunai, large shruiken, ect.
Paper Tags-Paper tags that explode when chakra is used on it.
Suikage Bombs-These bombs explode into thick mist that takes an incredible amount of heat before the dissipate. These bombs contain microscopic cells that can be manipulated into dangerous mist flails.

Apperance: Jiraiya is an oddly-dressed old hermit dressed in a green ninja outfit with an armor mesh coverings worn underneath and a red vest worn over the entire outfit. He also wears a pair of red geta clogs and guards on the back of his hands. Although an old man, his body is in great physical condition with a medium-sized muscle build. His hair is a long mane of white that can easily be confused as a kabuki actor's wig. He keeps the majority of it tied into a ponytail going down his back. His face is marked with two red lines moving from his eyes down his cheeks like unfinished kumadori makeup, and an imposing horned headplate made of steel with the kanji "abura" or "oil" etched upon it.
History: He was a student of Sarutobi, the renowned Third Hokage of Konohagakure, the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He and his other two commrades, Tsunade and Orochimaru, were named the Densetsu no Sannin (Legendary Three, or basically the Sannin) by "Salamander Hanzo", the former leader of Amegakure, the Village Hidden in the Rain. Being a genius of ninjutsu, he was a key player in aiding the village in their times of war. After Orochimaru's betrayal and departure from the Leaf village, Jiraiya became a hermit at the pardoning of the village due to his services in the war. He went on to become a hermit in Mount Myoboku, as well as an erotic novelist, famed for his book "Make-Out Paradise".
Since then, he has been instrumental in the tutelage of the young ninja Naruto Uzumaki, as well as convincing his former teammate Tsunade to return to the village to accept the title of Fifth Hokage. He has also has been instrumental in gathering information on Orochimaru's activities, as well as info on the criminal organization known as the Akatsuki. Although not an actively serving Leaf Village shinobi, he still serves the village by going on missions and assisting other shinobi and travelers on their quests.
Personality: Jiraiya is a very perverted old man, who tends to spy on women's bath houses under the pretenses of "researching" for his novels. Of course, that is only one side of his peeping, which usually disguises its other purpose of keeping an eye on Orochimaru and the Akatsuki. He also seems to be very proud of his perverted nature, but not so proud as to proclaim himself a pervert openly to women that he meets. His lust for women is usually considered a weakness, but Jiriaya is well aware of that and often uses his enemies' own expectations against them. Consequently, at moments of seriousness, he knows how to remain calm and serious in order to act decisively. He is a master sage and teacher, expert at advising and instructing others towards their enlightenment. Over time, he has become a symbol of wisdom and mastery, and testament to the unbreakable "Will of Fire".
Abilities: Being a ninja, Jiraiya is a master of ninpou, or ninja arts. These are techniques popularly known as "ninja magic" in some circles, a phenomenon that has very mixed acceptance. By combining the ki their bodies build up in physical training with the reiki accumulated through spiritual training, ninja utilize a type of ki known as "chakra". The name is gathered from the term applying to the pathways of energy that flow through the body. Both physical and spiritual energy meet along these pathways. These pathways are similar to the cardiovascular system, and are referred to as the "chakra network".
Ninja skilled in the use of these arts control their chakra to perform feats similar to the effects of using mana, yet different in application. Specific usages of chakra known as "jutsu", or "arts", are formulated by molding chakra through the meridians of the fingers using mudras, or "hand signs". There are many different kinds of hand signs amongst different styles of ninpou. Where Jiraiya hails from, shinobi use a Chinese Zodiac-based system created by the Sage of Six Paths long ago.

Other Ninjutsu/Special Skills: Aside from elemental and summoning ninjutsu, there are other non-elemental, non-Toad-related abilities Jiraiya possesses that are special amongst his other skills. Some of these include special stealth and detection abilities. However, among these abilities are three of his most prominent:
Hair Manipulation Ninjutsu: Jiraiya can focus his chakra into his hair, utilizing techniques that turn his hair into the perfect offensive/defensive weapon. He can shield himself with his hair, strike and trap others with it, and even fire hair needles from his head.
Sealing Jutsu: Jiraiya's proficiency in summoning has also led to a proficiency in seals. Jiraiya has an extensive knowledge of creating seals used for warding off elements and curses. This utilizes special scrolls and papers that he uses to inscribe proper incantations using rune-like markings.
Rasengan: This is one of Jiraiya's most powerful techniques. It is a technique developed by Minato Namikaze, the legendary Fourth Hokage and student of Jiraiya. Even after his death, the Fourth's teacher has kept this legendary technique alive by passing it on to his student, Naruto Uzumaki.
The Rasengan is a massive concentration of chakra formed in the palm of the hand using three principles: rotation, force, and control. First chakra is gathered into the palm and moved in a rotating motion. That rotation picks up a quick pace, speeding up as it develops more force to the rotation. Soon the spinning causes it to move faster and faster, condensing the chakra as the user controls the rotation to stabilize it into a small, spiraling sphere (hence the name "rasengan", or "spiraling sphere").
In spite of its size, the Rasengan has tremendous destructive power. The intent behind its usage is to thrust it into an opponent, as if you were to punch someone with a softball. The powerful rotation gives a drilling effect, and the release of its power on impact causes internal damage. A fully developed Rasengan can drill through trees like a massive power drill or blow through metal like an armor-piercing shell.
Over time, Jiraiya has worked with his student Naruto to develop different forms of the Rasengan, developing his own mastery of it. Jiraiya can form two Rasengan using each hand, or create a double-sized Rasengan known as the "Oodama Rasengan" (Giant Ball Spiraling Sphere). Jiraiya himself has taken this development even further, creating the "Chou Oodama Rasengan" (Super Giant Ball Rasengan), which is ten times the size of the normal Oodama Rasengan. It requires a massive amount of chakra to form, but its destructive cabilities are extraordinary considering how much a Rasengan the size of a softball can do. Jiraiya can even add his own fire elemental chakra to the Rasengan, forming the "Gouen Rasengan" (Great Flame Rasengan) which not just uses drilling force, but also searing heat for even more lethal damage.
Hand-to-Hand Fighting (Taijutsu): Like many village-based ninja of an S-Class caliber, Jiraiya's skills in fighting are top-notch. He isn't freakishly strong like his comrade Tsunade, but he is as adept as any other ninja in close-quarters combat. He fights using his own adaptation of Konoha taijutsu, which he calls the "Far East of Eden Wild Dance". It incorporates a flowing, dance-like movement in the style of kabuki with powerful strikes.
Final Special Technique - Sennin Mode (Hermit Mode): Aside from all of his other ninjutsu and taijutsu abilities, Jiraiya possesses the ability to enter "Sennin Mode". This is an ancient and mysterious art in which Jiraiya assumes a form much like the hermit sages of Japanese lore. He initiates this by drawing blood from his wrists and using it to alter the markings on his face as he focuses his chakra to summon the Two Great Sages.
The Two Great Sages are two small elder toads, one male ("Pa") and one female ("Ma"), who are masters of ninjutsu and the arts of sages. The two of them are an old married couple who constantly bicker with one another and with Jiraiya, and often refer to him as "brat", "Jiraiya-chan" or "little Jiraiya" even though he is in his early fifties. Jiraiya considers them to be like his family, like a big brother and sister.
These two toads allow Jiraiya to transform into Sennin Mode. In this mode, Jiraiya's facial appearance changes. His irises change shape slightly as his nose increases in size and grows numerous warts and a short beard grows from his chin, causing him to resemble the old hermits of myth. Jiraiya hates assuming this form because of how unnatractive it makes him to women. Either way, it is still too strong of a form for him to maintain on his own, so Jiraiya needs to summon the two elders in order for him to assume and control that form.
While in Sennin Mode, Jiraiya's abilities are increased exponentially, giving him access to immense reserves of chakra for him to use in his abilities. Along with this is the ability to change his physiology to resemble that of a toads for heightened agility and strength, which causes the marking on his face to grow and cover his cheeks. Along with that, with the Two Great Sages perched upon his shoulders, he is able to use techniques in tandem with them in order to use devastating abilities, as if he had two extra heads. Among these abilities are...
Senpou: Goemon (Hermit Art: Goemon (Boiling Oil - Taken from the tale of Ishikawa Goemon)): In this ability, Jiraiya, Ma and Pa each use a different breath technique by forming a handseal. Jiraiya spits out toad oil while Ma breathes fire into the oil using the fire element, with Pa breathing wind in order to fan the flames. The end result is a massive, surging stream of burning oil that devastates anything in its path.
The other technique is an unnamed genjutsu ability. This ability is not used by Jiraiya, but by the two sages through their croaking. By combining their voices into the right melody, they can bind the body and mind of the one who hears it in an auditory genjutsu. The victims will feel themselves trapped within a binding cube held in place by four large toad "daevas". While under the Genjutsu, they will be vulnerable to outside attack. The Genjutsu's weakness stems from the length of time it takes for Ma and Pa to come into harmony, and that as a hearing-based Genjutsu, it gives away their location immediately, making it difficult for stealth usage.
Purpose in Valentine's Day: Jiraiya has been keeping his eye on the Orochi ever since they first started causing trouble. He at first felt they had some connection to Orochimaru, his former comrade, who betrayted Konoha long ago. Now, however, Jiraiya feels that there is something much worse afoot. He will do whatever he can to stop the Orochi, and will provide any assistance, guidance and information he can to the other heroes seeking to put a stop to them. It is only through defeating them that he can defend his home of Konoha, and the rest of Gaia as well.
With that said, his primary role is to assist the other heroes and act as a guide to focus the efforts of others together rather than attack the Orochi directly.APPROVED

Physical Description: Standing 5'7" and weighing only about 130 lbs, Marrienne claims a very slender, elegant build. She has long, deep blue-purple hair that flows gently down her back, bangs falling to the sides of a pale, fair-skinned face. Her slitted eyes are large and golden-yellow, filled with the hypnotizing beauty characteristic of her race. These, along with the pointed ears atop her head, the long, elegant tail, and her paws where feet should be immediately identify her as a "Kri'ish," a race of catly people found on the planet Irradiel. She usually wears skin-tight clothing to accent her shapely body and considerable breasts, complete with a pair of elbow-length, purpe latex gloves that match her hair and lipstick. She often wears these gloves to hide her sharp-nailed claws. On missions, her attire usually consits of a dark navy-blue body suit, black utility vest, a black gun holster about her hips, and knee-height black combat boots. The fur on her ears, tail, paws, and claws are black, a stark contrast to her pale skin.
Personality: Marrienne's #1 concern is her own survival. She does what she must to support herself, regardless of anyone else. This doesn't mean, however, that she will do anything--indeed, as her major goal is to live, she takes things rather cautiously, sooner to do what she know will work rather than try something new, unless necessary. She learned many years ago the consequence a mercenary suffers for developing relationships, and vowed ever since to never let it happen again. She doesn't have "friends," she has "resources." She doesn't "love," she "plays," and disappears the moment she gets what she wants or needs. Those who have crossed her path would describe her as a sly and calculating succubus.
Skills: Trained to have a basic understanding of how all vehicles function and are operated. Has additional training in aircraft maneuvering, both offensive and defensive. Balance provided by her tail and lightness from her slender build allow for acrobatic expertise, including running along a thin edge, flipping in mid-air, and an above-average level of body contorionism equal to the average gymnist. She concentrated her arts education around her vocals, taking advantage of a Kri'ish's exotic and rare resonancy to produce an exceptional level of singing ability. Part of the singing-focus education was writing her own short songs, so most of the songs she sings are original lyrics.
Abilities: The catly nature of the Kri'ish grants them heightened sight, hearing, and smell, making them superb as trackers and enabling them to have fast reflexes. Though physically weak, Marrienne's slender build increases her agility, handy for a quick get-away. However, all Kri'ish fear excessive amounts blood, particularly demonic blood, for in the presence of such a Kri'ish undergoes a transformation of sorts, totally hypnotized with bloodlust. At this point, all their senses increase dramatically, save for their pain awareness, which drops. In this state, they will ruthelessly kill everything in their path until exhaustion overwhelms them and they collapse. Their exhaustion rate in this state is very high, and after-effects include migrains, disorientation, and possible injury due to over-exertion.
Equipment: PTC Unit 35629-Sylvia **Note: This item will not be used in the RP, only as a means of arrival. - Marrienne's Personal Transport Computer (PTC), stolen as part of her graduating mission from the Kri'ish Academy. The main body of the ship takes the form of a black chrome egg, with a pair of sleek wings stretching out from either side. The outter edge of the wings curves and melds smoothly with the contour of the body to reduce wind resistance. Two cylindrical engines are nestled into either wing, four total, each of which eject a blue, pointed flame durring flight. Three slots along the bottom of the ship, one towards the nose and two in the rear, slide open to allow 5'-long legs to extend out for landing. A large, circular portion of the belly lowers and raises to provide entrance into the ship, completely unattached from the rest of the ship. To gain entry, another, thin slot beside this circular device opens upon statement of the entrant's name, from which two mechanical arms descend and unfold into a 1'x1' square. The entrant steps forward to place his/her head between these devices, which then rotate about said head in order to scan it. Once identification is verified and access granted, the circular portion descends, allowing the requestee entry. Inside the ship is a 7'-long cylindrical device at the back, the top half composed of a glass cover which retracts to allow one to lie down upon comfortable padding set into the device. This Restorative Unit comes complete with a gentle heater to provide against the cold of outer space and a blue light which serves as a catalyst towards healing processes. Both may be switched on or off as desired. At the front of the ship, a single, large one-way window spans most of the ship's nose, upon which Sylvia can display various digital panels, including a video-communications panel, a zoomable map of the current galazy and set course, and various windows which display status reports of selected objects, including Sylvia herself. The computer is run completely by voice command, and has been modified to only react when a special subconscious resonance only found in a Kri'ish's voice is present. Before this window is a black, circular panel upon which the pilot stands, complete with a handlebar lining the front edge in case of turbulance. Various compartments line the walls of the ship for storage. Sylvia may also take a humanoid form, where she appears as a nude, human female. In this form, she is essentially a walking, talking PDA. Her stomach may sometimes change into a screen to display various bits of information if the need calls for it. Beretta PX4 Storm - Marrienne's favorite handgun, a toy she picked up on one of her missions at the Academy. She stores it in a holster looped around her hips, and keeps extra ammunition in her utility vest. Semi-automatic, 9 mm, 12-round clips. Body Suit - A full-body suit made from a special material manufactured by the Kri'ish. The material uses a very small amount of nanotechnology, enabling the suit to repel water, mend or split itself, and adjust its size to fit any wearer. The complete suit covers from the wearer's ankles all the way up the body to the top of the neck, and down to the wrists of each arm. A zipper lining from the top of the neck to between the hips provides easy dressing. The suit can split anywhere with a simple draw of the finger save for across the zipper, and so if separate pants and torso pieces are desired, the split must occur just at the base of the zipper, so the torso zips up like a jacket and the pants simply slide on. Vest - A simple vest Marrienne sometimes wears to carry various smaller devices. This includes 5 shots of mysthe, nanomachines (listed below), a PDA, 2 extra clips of ammunition, and 5 sensor explosives activated by her PDA measuring 5cm in diameter. Nanodes - Marrienne carries various types of nanomachines developed with Kri'ish technology, collectively called "Nanodes". They are stored in liquid-filled plastic capsules about the size of a Nyquil that are broken to release the nanomachines. She has 40 capsules, split among the following types: Medodes (10 capsules) - Medical nanodes that repair minor cuts and tears in flesh. The area must remain as still as possible, as to not disturb the nanodes, and even then it takes a few minutes to fully heal. For internal treatment, the machines may be directed through the body via a PDA program, however, again, the body must remain as still as possible to not disturb their path. Antigodes (10 capsules) - Medical nanodes equiped with various antigens, used as a treatment for poisons, viruses, and disease. These nanodes must be swallowed or otherwise injected, and take approximately one hour to completely destroy the infection, during which time the user may move, but their reaction time, senses, and reflexes are considerably reduced. Adrennodes (5 capsules) - Nanodes that increase the user's adrenaline. The capsules must be swallowed, or else the nanodes injected into the bloodstream, in order to take effect. The state lasts for about 30 minutes, during which the user's reaction time and senses are heightened, pain acknowledgement reduced, and rate of exhaustion increased. Pherodes (5 capsules) - Nanodes coated in pheromones. These are stored in a gaseous state and released into the air. They may be directed through the air via a PDA program, causing their targets to experience extreme sexual arousal. It's a mere coincidence of psychology that, without knowing the cause was the Pherodes, the target will associate the arousal with something they are looking at, usually another being of their species, or else whatever else is alive. Because of this, the Pherodes have come to be known as Cupid's Arrow among the Kri'ish. The effect dissipates after about 30 minutes or so. Thiodes (5 capsules) - Nanodes infused with the ultra-short-acting barbituate sodium thiopental, a chemical which induces anaesthesia. Thiopental normally takes approximately one minute to induce sleep, a time which is shortened by the addition of nanomachines which can take the drug directly to the body's neurons and keep excess in the bloodstream. The effect wears out after about three hours. Durring this time, the victim is essentially immune to pain due to the fact that the body's nerves cannot send the necessary neurological messages to alert the brain. Destrodes (5 capsules) - Destructive nanodes that deteriorate a material upon impact. The nanodes must be exposed to oxygen in order to activate, preventing them from deteriorating their own capsule. There is enough of them to completely eat through a volume of 50 square-inches in 30 seconds. Side Pouch - A pouch surgically implanted into Marrienne's side, up and under the left side of her ribcage. The opening was sealed with a special resin developed with nanotechnology: drag a finger from top to bottom and the scar opens up, from bottom to top and the scar closes. The actual pouch is about five inches on each side, just barely larger than Marrienne's hand. A very limited number of tools are placed in here for emergency use, namely her knife, an earpiece, 2 Medodes capsules, and 2 Antigodes capsules. Carbon-fiber Automatic Knife - A switchblade Marrienne stores in her side pouch. 4.5" black handle made from AUTO LITE imitation carbon fiber, 3.5" 440 stainless steel blade, total weight approximately 2.7 oz. Pocket clip has been removed, and the hinge loosened slightly.
Biography: Many centuries ago, a race of mighty warriors known as the Khairn ruled the distant planet of Irradiel. They were very human in appearance, standing on two legs and boasting a very muscular build, save for their long, pointed tails that ended in a poisonous pincer, the spines that extended from their vertebrae, and their eyes which held a single, flat color across the orb rather than a pupil and iris. Though each considered as handsome as the stallions they rode, the Khairn were a cruel species, subjecting every other culture they came across to brutal slavery. One of these cultures was a race called the M'tahl, people who were essentially felines that stood only on their hind legs, their hands structured like a human's with elongated nails. The M'tahl were known for its exotic females, females who were, of course, subject to the lust of the Khairn, the M'tahl males kept around only for the pure sake of breeding more female slaves. One day a M'tahl female was born who grew to be the most beautiful M'tahl to walk Irradiel--indeed a feminine grace and elegance that could only be attributed to the gods. Immediately realizing this, the Khairn emperor Briev Kri'ish claimed her to be his personal pleasure, a demand no one would dare to challenge. Bringing the M'tahl into his ownership, he named her Sythil Kri'ish, which meant "Divine Beauty" in the Khairn language. Legend has it, however, that there was more divinity to Sythil than her physique. They say Sythil also possessed a hypnotic, enchanting voice, one that could paint all the vibrant chords of sound, and that, with this voice, Sythil wove a song so captivating and hypnotic it laid the glorious Emperor Briev to sleep, enabling her to slip away and disappear into the night. Hiding in the Irradiel forests, it is said that Sythil Kri'ish gave birth to a litter of kittens undoubtably the mix of Khairn and M'tahl blood, and thus the people known as the Kri'ish were born.
The Kri'ish were a race that fused the Khairn and the M'tahl into a being of perfected elegance and grace, each their own mix between the two. The male Kri'ish tended to more resemble Khairn, but shared the piercing, slitted eyes that belonged to Sythil Kri'ish, as did all Kri'ish. Males also had higher-set ears, though not pointed and atop their heads like the M'tahl, and their fur was restricted to their forearms, lower legs, and tails. Their spines were also much shorter than the Khairn. Females, however, were further to the M'tahl end of the spectrum, except more of their bodies--specifically, their faces and torsos--and their facial features were much more reminiscent of the human-like Khairn faces. All Kri'ish held a certain mysticism about them, carrying themselves with an almost otherworldly silence, their voices a rare combination of rich, melodic chords. In fact, Kri'ish vocals had a special frequency imperceptable by mortal ears, except as part of their voice--if a Kri'ish spoke in a room full of other species, those that heard the voice would know who had spoken.
The legend of Sythil Kri'ish and how she escaped Khairn slavery is the only clue present-day Kri'ish have of their origins. Though it is clear they are a mix between Khairn and M'tahl blood, no one really knows how it came to be, nor how the Kri'ish survived. What is clear, however, is that ever since both the M'tahl and the Khairn have despised the Kri'ish for the other half of their descendancy, and so the Kri'ish have always lived in hiding, their location a secret from the rest of Irradiel. They excelled at moving in silence, and used this to their advantage to steal from the other species around them. Thriving off of thievery, they thus became infamous rogues of everything they could get their hands on, particularly technology. Compiling other cultures' sciences into their own database and developing new technologies from that, the Kri'ish eventually found themselves one of the most technologically advanced civilizations in the known world. The other peoples of Irradiel eventually began to come to them for trade of foreign goods, or requesting their services. Ultimately thriving off what seemed to be their natural talents, the Kri'ish were soon established as mercenaries that accepted jobs from everyone and took no sides. Indeed, the Kri'ish were extremely loyal to their own kind--their Kri'ish brothers and sisters came before all others, even themselves.
With the mercenary's work as their lifeblood, the Kri'ish education system was heavily centered around training their kind for that line of work, taught and trained at the Kri'ish Academy. Kri'ish had multiple mates, and their offspring were raised by all the Kri'ish women simultaneously, effectively preventing family ties that might interfere with their eventual work. They were exposed to the arts during youth, focusing in sculpture, textilery, and singing, for which the Kri'ish were prided. At the age of six, they were enrolled in the Kri'ish Academy, a boarding school they attended year-round. Agent Marrienne "Eisiel" L'dreir was no different. At the Academy, she found herself to be particularly skilled in mechanics, and so focused her studies into the sciences and the use of technology as opposed to brute strength. She was trained to have a basic understanding of how all vehicles work and function, with an emphasis on aircraft. Intellectually, she majored in Nanotechnology, seeing it as having the most potential for growth.
Unfortunately, it was in this major that she experienced the cold truth Kri'ish teenagers were forced to face and expected to deal with early-on: that the Kri'ish life had no room for love or companionship. Her Flaw, as the Kri'ish called it, occured with one of her lab partners in Micro Genetics. His name was Nahj Marrou, a childhood friend with whom Marrienne had parted ways when he selected his Genetics major with a side-focus of physical conditioning. Reunited at the age of 13 in their class, it was hardly a surprise to their classmates that they would be each other's Flaw. Their teachers warned them against it, but ultimately knew the best way for them to learn was to experience Flaw on their own, so let them be. Their bond swelled, and the closer they grew, the more Marrienne began to take comfort and ease in Nahj, and the clumsier she became. She would learn her lesson in two years' time, when she and Nahj again shared a class together, this time Macro Genetics. The class had begun its chapter on viral infections and were testing the effects of the human-born Black Plague on critters they'd collected from the surrounding forests, using an accelerated form of the virus. Because Nahj was stronger than her, they agreed he would hold down their critter while Marrienne injected the virus. However, as fate would have it, the critter jerked at the last moment and Marrienne freaked, accidentally dropping the virus on her precious lover's hand. The effect was devastating, immediate, and, to Marrienne's despair...incurable.
The other Kri'ish treated the infection the same way they always did. Nahj was removed from the classroom immediately, protected staff dragging him away while others held Marrienne back. She would never see him again, her screams and pleads falling upon deaf ears as they always did in times like this. Her last memory of Nahj would forever be his tear-stained face staring back at her as he was taken away, his face already tainted by the Plague's infamous black welts. Never a chance for apology. Never a hope for forgiveness. Marrienne killed the love of her life, her dearest friend, mere weeks before they were to graduate from the Academy. Everyone was almost convinced that perhaps they'd make it through, but she'd gotten clumsy, and it cost her the life of a companion--a teammate. This was the lesson Kri'ish society, what everyone had warned them of. This was their Flaw.
She was given no grievance time, just like everyone else who experienced their Flaw. She was, like the other students, expected to carry on, to continue her studies, to graduate in three weeks' time--without her Academy degree, she would never have a hope of finding enough work to support herself and survive. Her birthday would go unnoticed this year, unlike her last two--Nahj had celebrated with her, he and no one else, because she had no one else that cared. The year she came of age, she would be alone, killing her hopes that Nahj might be there beside her. Instead, she would be forced to grow cold, to get over it, to graduate alone as all the other students did. Agent Marrienne "Eisiel" L'dreir. 16. Kri'ish Academy Graduate. Cold. Just like the rest.
The next few years of her life continued in this numb state, working the jobs the Kri'ish queen gave her, jobs that kept her alive while serving her people. About the age of 19, Marrienne was sent to a distant planet called Gaia to collect more information for the Kri'ish Database. It was said this strange planet was home to many people of many creeds, and the Kri'ish wanted to know more. En route, however, her PTC Unit, Sylvia, was sent an emergency data transfer from the Kri'ish Central Intelligence Tower. This only meant one thing: that the Kri'ish society had been attacked and, in a desperate attempt to store the precious information the Kri'ish had collected, every bit of intelligence gathered by the Kri'ish was distributed to any and all PTC Units outside of Irradiel. To this day, Marrienne has no idea what happened, who attacked her people, or how many Kri'ish are left. Unable to return to Irradiel, she's established a new home in the [-A.L.I.C.E.-] network, an underground intelligence network connecting employers with clients dealing in "Black Market" business--assassins, bounty hunters, thieves, pirates. There, she could continue her work as a mercenary, and hopefully over time come in contact with more Kri'ish survivors. Until then, she must focus on one thing...survival.
Purpose in Valentine Day: Agent L'drier, a Kri'ish mercenary currently stationed in Gaia, currently takes part in an underground organization known as [-A.L.I.C.E.-], the Anonymous Linked Intellegence Communications Exchange. [-A.L.I.C.E.-] is a network used by rogues, assassins, bounty hunters, and the like to receive jobs from various clients. Recently, LAW's request was posted on an [-A.L.I.C.E.-] bulliten, and Marrienne, desperate for work, quickly took up the job. The details proved particularly convenient as she recently received a personal job request from an anonymous client which requires action in the nearby Konoha Village.APPROVED

Name: Count K. Zantara Gaia name: Count_Zantara Age: 5246 Height: 6�1� Weight: 153 lbs Personality: Flightly and yet a bit withdrawn at times, Zantara is a man of many words and yet few. He speaks his mind on what he knows and listens to those who know what he does not. A man of many layers you'll be lucky if you know Zantara well enough to call him friend.
Weapons:
The gauntlets
Zantara had created for him by the illusionous Beyan a certain pair of bright gold chainmail gauntlets that reach up to his elbows. On the back of each hand is a small orb that switches between red and green as it its touched. These gauntles are created using the process of mixing tiberium and Thunderstone creating a weapon that can deal both electrical and sonic damage. On the knuckles of each gauntlet are four 6 inch spikes which can deliver the electrical charge directly to his opponent. Their other ability is when the orb on back is in the red color. At this time, Zantara can cut through the air creating four thick red lines of force that travel at the speed of sound cutting through everything they touch.
The spiked shield of Drieno
This two and a half foot wide shield made of a blending of both forms of Vibranium is one of a kind and a marvel of modern alchemy and smelting practices. The main curved shield is jet black in nature absorbing all light that touches it with a foot long six sided spike in the very center of the shield. With the entire inch thick shield weighing in at about 19 pounds; it is extra light for something it size. Surrounding the entire shield is a single grove about a quarter inch in depth. Withing this groove is a single piece of highly honed unstable version of mithral which is covered with curved blades ranging in size from a quarter inch to two inches in length.
On a ball bearing track that is constantly oiled by a substance that Zantara created, the speed of the spinning of this “ring” is only limited by the amount of kinetic energy absorbed into the shield through attacks which the vibranium metal absorbs on a one foot pound of pressure on the shield equals one revolution a minute. Which translates out to meaning that the harder someone hits the shield, the faster and incidentally stronger that the mithral blades are. With the rotation direction controlled by a small switch in the inner side of the shield, it can rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise.
When the rotation of the outer ring reaches the equivalent of mach 3 in speed or 39 pounds of pressure it begins to generate a sort of “anti-gravity” field around it when a certain button on the back of the shield is pressed. This can be used in many ways to great effect. One example is to slide your feet into the arm traps and using the shield like a sort of hover board.
On the front of the shield are four symbols split in a diamond formation. On the very top is the clan symbol of Zantara that of a silver and blue cobra in a striking position with it's hood throw out wide. On the very bottom quadrant is the Grey mask symbol of Lord Mask, Zantara's patron. Left is filled with the image that he received from Laurie, the goddess who had been elevated to Lilith's position as Spider Queen. And finally to the right, there is a small symbol of a nine headed serpent. This be the image of the Great Serpent, the diety Zantara first worshipped which is the supposed overlord of all serpentfolk. These different symbols seem to radiate an aura of Evocation magic but that is only a double blind. They are actually just symbols as there is not a single piece of magical nature about the shield.
Duom
The size of a normal compound bow, Zantara's bow is made from the split thigh bone of a ancient black dragon attached to a fiberglass riser (body). At the end of each limb there is are twin cam with two concentric oval or more irregular shaped perimeters on each, around which the string and cables go. Cables travel between the cams, and at one end are attached to the string and at the other end to the cam axles. Using a four pulley system it has the ability to fire two arrows at the same time easily by gripping both strings and pulling back. Strengthened with alchemy instead of normal magic along both the mithral strings and the bone itself, the bow allows Zantara to pull back the bow with his entire strength giving the entire bow a draw weight of over four hundred pounds. The pulleys enable the archer to draw a bow with a much higher draw weight (due to the reduction of the draw weight at break) than he could manage with a conventional single stringed bow. It comes with a “let off” at 96 percent giving Zantara the ability to pull back the string and hold it almost indefinite with very little effort once it is pulled. It has both a range finder and a scope over the eye piece interconnected to Zan's mask computer. With a range of almost 190 feet, Duom has been used to put a steel tipped arrow through a solid brick of concrete.
As all Dragon bane weapons, Doum gives every arrow a acidic coating the moment it fly off of the rest stop and dissipates within 8 minutes. It also has the ability to magically create two arrows made of pure force magic on the guard whenever the bowstring is pulled back bare. But this is used usually only in emergencies. It can call on eighty arrows in a single day this way. These Force Arrows offer zero wind resistant for their magical nature giving them the ability to use every ounce of the force behind the pull. Zantara has been known at times to be up there with some of the worlds best archers in speed archery being able to fire off a barrage of 18 arrows within thirty seconds with each hitting the target center within three inches at a hundred yards.
Ice Blade of Nazareth
Description: A 2.5 foot long grooved blade created of ice, sharpened on both the upper and lower axis, it tappers off to a long point with the base being almost twice as wide as the upper portion. With a double crescent moon cross guard, it is made simple in nature. Always giving off a blue glow and an intense chill, this sword has a strength of close to tempered steel.
Cut from a single piece of Blood Ice VII, a ultra dense version of ice via one Setto Lucid, the Ice Blade of Nazareth is a deceptively simple short short dedicated to the the eradication of evil in the universe. The irony of such a weapon of pure good being created by an evil cleric of Mask is not lost on this Orochi Count. It is made of the actual blood of Jesus of Nazareth collected at his crucifixion in 2 B.C. By a time traveling individual by the name of Corbin... or one of his family members. Mixed in with this blood is also the blood samples of 19 other gods dedicated to "Good".
Jesus of Nazareth was a well known Paragon human cleric from over two thousand years ago on the plane of Earth who was believed by many to be the actual Son of God or the Judo Christian God in any rate. If this is true or not is of no consequence for the blood is of such holiness that even Zantara himself is forced to wear specially treated gloves when handling it. Using this unprecedented holiness, Zan has created a blade which can cause holy damage on any evil creature be they human, demon, devil or any other such creature dedicated to the forces of evil. And as it is made of such a dense ice it delivers an intense cold damage to those who are cut by said sword.
Inside of the cross guard of the short sword is a small one inch cubic device which glows a soft blue infusing the entire weapon with said glow. This device is better known as a atmospheric generator keeping a thin shield around the ice which holds the sword at an atmospheric pressure of 174 kilobars. This said, the sword is held stable by this device which used the natural cold generated by the dense ice to power itself in an endless continual loop.
Armor:His black assassin garb is made of tight leather straps intertwined with tiny threads of mithral. Filled with small pouches all over the leather which holds a few small items he might need in the heat of battle including various potions, garrots, floor tacks as well as poison for his blades and shield. He also holds onto 13 small throwing daggers strapped on various places on his body.
Known powers: As a new god, Zantara has finally begun to use certain powers that he'd had locked away. Using Arcane, psion and divine magic, he is creating a new energy type with a flavor of all three. He is most well known for totally eskewing all material components as well as perfecting the "Silent quickened spell" for almost 90 % of those spells he can use.
Fighting style : Zantara uses a mix of Muay Thai and a style of his own creation when he is using the spike gaunlets which focuses on elbows and knees like traditional Muay Thai but includes a couple of fast punch combo's utilizing the power of the gauntlets. When he is fighting with the sword he uses a modified kendo stance mixed with a bit of fenceing prowless.
He has grown tired of close combat in these tiring days, more interested in testing his foes at a distance and bringing them to their knees before they have the ability to touch him.
Description (human form): A pale almost deadly white skinned man. He has begun to alternate between wearing jet black and white these days based on his mood. His short silver hair is straight. His face and body is very thin and frail looking almost as if you could break him with your fingers. The only bit of color ever on him is the jewel embedded into his forehead and his blood red eyes. (Naga form): His half human/half snake form is terrible to behold. His skin is still pale white and silver with his snake body a dark green with overlapping scales. At almost 900 pounds and 15 feet in length he still looks gaunt and almost wasting away. History: Count Zantara is of the Kamigawa clan of Orochi or Naga people. A long time honorary member of the McCloud clan of Lycans he knows where all the bodies are buried. His place is in the jungles of a world mostly but with a wandering ronin spirit he has seen it all. He is sometimes mistaken for a vampire because of how he looks and his fangs and he uses this to get close to his adversaries. Since becoming a diety, Zantara has kept himself out of the spotlight, happy enough to have his cadre of assassins, priests and other employee's to keep him informed of the going ons of the world while he watches.
Reason for the Valentine Day Joining: Tired of the Kohana Ninja's always seeming to bothering him and damaging his property Zantara was about to cause a little destruction before hearing of this upcoming attack, Zantara has decided to help them one last time..... just before he stamps his foot down on the proverbial neck of these upstart ninja's.
And he never liked anyone using the word "Orochi" in their name when they were not talking about his race.
But like many others in the Free Market world, Zantara has been known from time to time to put aside his personal beliefs for worship of the almighty dollar.

When it comes to Psionics, Zantara has a large edge with this type of magic from his own racial traits.
Being able to use ninth level Powers including both Telepathy AND Psycometabolism Disciplines.
Merging his"lists of available powers together, The Count has modified his list of amounts to use a distince amount of each level instead of power points to make it easier to be read.
Side note:Almost all powers from the Telepathy Discipline can NOT be used in a battle as they require a much higher level of focus than can be expected to have on the field of battle. All spells that effect a aware opponent's mind are nonapplicable.

Name: Mathew, of the Hunter Clan Username: Arcturus Highwind Race: Human Age: 29 Height: 5'7" Weight: 142 lbs
Description: Matthew has a medium to slight build, his body tending towards lean and compacted, rather than bulky, giving his form an appearance more like a sleek hunting cat than a burly brawler. That body however is far from physical perfection. Scar tissue is rampant, with many wounds to the arms, legs, and shoulders. Including one set of scars, a bite mark, on his left buttocks, and one claw swipe scar along his stomach, a near perfect horizontal slash.
Matthew is a rough kept guy, spending days, even weeks away from civilization, baths, shaves, laundry, he doesn't always get a chance to do such things. Thus he spends most of his time smelling of the wilds. Animals and plant stink that hangs off his body. He is unkempt, with a short, scraggly bit of facial shadow on his face, with simple green eyes, and matted down, dirty brown hair. His face is dark and tanned, tough and rough, with lines that show both a habit of frowning and smiling very often.
Matthew's clothing for this mission goes back to the Traditional garb of his clan, when on a mission. Animal skins cover his body, treated and well worn. Supple, soft skins form his pants, sleeveless shirt, and coat. Harder, more well treated skins were used for his belt, shoulder strap. The arrow quiver reinforced further with woven wood frame around which the skins wrap. These skins have been subtly dyed, browns, greens, blacks faded together to produce a camouflage like effect in the forest surrounding the temple.
As always, Matthew still wears a hat, and his thin, square framed wire glasses. In this case, his hat is a black, adjustable baseball cap, with the red logo of the Ariel Cardinals on the front.
Skills and Training: Matthew has no "Supernatural" skills of his own. However, his training as part of the Hunter Clan has given him a deep understanding of supernatural powers, their origins, and their usage, allowing him to understand a particular power through observation. As well it gives him an innate understanding (Due to the Clan's tactics and training) of Magical Artifacts and Objects, making it easier for him to understand and use them.
Weapons and Equipment:
Archer's Brace: An enchanted and enhanced bracer that has been passed down through the clan. It surrounds the left forearm of the user, covering both inside and outside of the arm, rather than just inside like a normal one. This leather and plate object has been enchanced to resist damage, able to stand up to weapons and magical attacks.
Spellbombs: A series of small 1 inch sphere kept on a safety pouch on his belt to prevent premature detonation in their storage case. The case carries 15 Spellbombs.
7 Fireball Spellbombs: Explosive spellbomb releasing a thermal blast over a 10 ft diameter area when shattered.
2 Darkness Spellbombs: Creates a magical globe of darkness, 10 feet in diameter, over the point of impact for 2 minutes. Magical Darkness cannot be seen through by normal means, even Thermal or Low Light and Infrared optics.
3 Shatterstorm Spellbombs: When it impacts with an object, it draws in a chunk of that object, no more than 5 feet in diameter (Or the whole object if smaller), into a tiny, super concentrated mass. Then it explodes, showering an area of 10 feet in radius with fragments and shards of that mass.
2 Mauler Spellbombs: Creates, when shattered, a magical effect most comparable to Ball Lightning, 1 foot in diameter. When it impacts on an object/person it latches onto them, continuing to burn, maul, and shock them for a span of 10 seconds.
1 Banisher Spellbomb: Releases a burst of holy water upon the target. Specially taken for this mission, due to hearing about Demonic Influences.
Hunter's Bow: Compound Shortbow. It's much older than Matthew, or anyone he ever knows, one of the great heirlooms of the Hunter Clan. It is one yard from tip to tip, crafted off a strange mixture of wood and bone strips treated and glued together.
The Hunter's Bow has the following Powers:
Audal Vortex: Creates a vortex surrounding three feet around the bow. This 'vortex' draws in soundwaves, trapping them as a black hole does light. This allows the weilder of the bow to hear sounds, but keeps noises generated by him from escaping. Using the Vortex however distorts sounds, making them harder to clearly hear as well as obscuring the precise origin.
Chameleon's Cloak: Magical Enchantment that can be used by the weilder. The bow and archer are covered with a minor illusion that makes them blend into their surroundings by color change.
Dragoon Boots: Brown leather boots. The boots are decorated with etching of a dragon's wing, stretched out in flight, going from the ankle to the top of the boot. The Dragoon Boots allow the user to jump quickly, both high and far. It does nothing to cushion landings however, and he still is limited by the heights and distances he can safely leap and ricochet.
Reason for the Valentine Day Joining: Matthew is driven lately by pressures from the clan to have a child (Their numbers have dwindled due to bad luck, he is not however the last of his kind, nor the only hope for the future, but more is always better), as well as the need, in their laws, to complete the "Debt of Blood".
His brother and clanmate was killed several months ago, by a silver haired, bat winged Demoness. He knows nothing more about the offender however. According to his laws, this Debt must be paid in either death or life, and he chases after any rumors of "Demons", that might fit the description. No matter how vague.
His reason therefore, is simple. Explore rumors of Demonic Presence. Find, if possible, if the Silver Haired Demoness lives here. Evoke the Debt of Blood.
