'Ello! Tea and Crumpets, eh what? Cricket! ....Nyways this is a recipe book!
*RULES*

1 lb Phyllo sheets
1 c butter - melted
2 c walnuts or blanched almonds - chooped
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t Cinnamin (sp?)
SYRUP:
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c Honey
1 c Water
1 T lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Divide Phyllo sheetsand put into two even piles. ON A BAKING SHEET, place ONE of them from ONE stack on a GREASED pan. Set other stack aside.
2. Mix nuts, sugar, and cinamon in small bowl.
3. Using a brush, lightly and quickly across single sheet. Sprinkle sugar and nut mixture over. DO NOT USE ALL OF IT!
4. Add next pile and repeat step 3 until the last sheet from the first pile is used. YOU SHOULD HAVE NO/LITTLE left of the mixture after sprinkling on the last sheet.
5. Add the remaing sheets on top brushing on butter like the others.
6. Cut into squares and put into oven preheated to 400*F for 30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
7. While in the oven, put the ingredients for the syrup in a sauce pan. Mix and bring to a boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
8. Wait to cool before slowly pouring on the squares.
9. ENJOY!!!!
