The Sprite-n-wins are easy to describe. After the captains decide on the types of the pokemon and its ability, the members (you & everyone else) get to make a 80x80 pixel image, a picture, sketch, etc. of what you think the pokemon would look like and its name.
The pokemon needs to be a Fire/Bug type with Heatproof.
The Prize is Regirock.
