[The mind’s called] Redina [The name’s] Jane || Tian || Driscoll [Labeled] Jane, Jean-Jane [Never Tagged] “The Drisscoll Twins’ Little Sister” [Impressions say she’s] eccentric, a bit thick in the head sometimes, courteous [But “I] pretty much agree, though not all the time” [Genes say] a Chick; [“And I like] boys” [House] feels brave of Gryffindor [Born] April 22 [being a] Taurus [aging at] fifteen [The grade being] fifth year [Parents] Hazel Tian & Robert Driscoll [Bloodline] Muggle-Born [Wand] 10 [inches long, made of] ash [wood, with a core of] dragon heartstring [Patronus] a bat [Pet] Owl [Dubbed] Molly [Quidditch] ”No way.”  [The Outward Show] Jane stands at nearly 5’3”, making her the shortest of the Drisscoll family (her mother is rather tall). Despite her height, she’s rather thin and slender, weighing ninety-four pounds, making her lightness complement her stature anyway. With being short and skinny, it makes her rather quick to get around, being able to dash from place to place with ease. And, plus, it doesn’t bother her at all as her twin brothers tease her of her constant “shortness” to others. It makes it easier for her to play pranks on them when they least expect it. Though they do suggest she take up Quidditch because of this, she denies them.
Her complexion is a bit pale, yet fairer, than others due to her Asian genes from her mother. Also, her hair is a raven black – sometimes brown in the sunlight when one looks close – because of her mother. Originally, Jane’s hair was always long. But due to a freak accident when she was young, her hair would always be above her shoulders and cropped short. One of her twin brothers, Jonah, had gotten mad at Jane and decided to play with enchanted scissors one day. Running past her, he cut her hair, making it half as short as it really was. Since then, her hair hasn’t gone past that length; though there were times she had been able to trim it. Her mother tried to fix her hair by taking her to the barber’s (which looked like a Muggle barbershop). But still, her hair has never been longer than it is ever again.
Though her eyes are browner because of her father. Jane’s nose forms a straight angle from a side glance, and tilts a bit downwards. Her eyes are almond-shaped, twinkling whenever she would smile, making her somewhat thin lips curve upwards on her small-ish face – another trait she has inherited from her mother. Because of her bob hair, her ears are constantly covered, and never will she show them unless she wants to.
Her clothing style really sticks out from a few others. Even as her personality is out there, so is her fashion sense, though it is quite stylish. Jane loves to wear outrageous clothing to stick out like a sore thumb most of the time, but usually she’s too shy to even wear bright colors. Hopefully, that’d change this fifth year, now that she’s shifted to a more urban style. [Times Gone By] Jane was born in Edinburgh, Scotland with two older brothers, who have graduated Hogwarts already. She had been the baby of the family since she can remember. Quite frankly, she hates it. Compared to Johan and Jonah, Jane was the tricky little twerp in childhood years, despite the impish personality that they had themselves. For three children to be that difficult to handle wasn’t a surprise. As the sibling wars occurred, she constantly did numerous pranks to her brothers that she couldn’t even make a list of all of them, even now.
It continued for how long, their parents just letting them be until it became too rough. But once her brothers turned eleven, she was left alone with Mr. and Mrs. Drisscoll in the house for all of the school year she spent in Edinburgh. She remembered asking her mother where her brothers were, missing them during a day in November. “Oh, don’t worry, Hun, they’re just at camp,” Hazel Drisscoll would say nervously. Jane never noticed the uneasy look on her mother’s face, but just continued to play with her toys like always. But she was only a wee bit younger by three years than the twins, so eventually, even as her parents kept the truth from her, Jane would have to go to “camp,” too.
Whenever summer came, though, her face would glow with joy that Johan and Jonah came back. They treated her differently since they had turned eleven and she was happy with the change. In fact, she changed, too, becoming nicer with them. But she always felt her parents’ eyes on the three of them as they played. Jane remembered one time when she found a foot-long wooden stick lying around the house. She tapped it once, and red sparks came out. She heard a shriek. “Jane, give that to me!” Her mom quickly grabbed the stick from her and ran out of the room. That night, she heard father talking with her mother, saying something about “Johan must’ve…” or something like that. She never saw the stick again.
Come the age of eleven for Jane. The party was rather fun, her school and neighborhood friends there to greet her, as well as her family, everyone having a good time. However, as Jane had run upstairs to get something, she saw her parents huddled together in deep conversation. But, as Jane was, she shrugged it off to find her party hat. But after her party and everyone had left, a strange visitor arrived in the kitchen. It was late at night, and Jane was about to go to sleep. For some reason though, the woman just appeared on the scene with a “POP!” Johan and Jonah looked at her with weird smiles that day, watching her read the letter she received from the witch. “You’re a witch, Jane,” her father said. She asked why, her eyes filled with worry, but with a bit of excitement as well. “I’m not really a wizard, but your Mum is! So don’t be surprised if you were to be called a Muggle-born…” It was something she didn’t want to hear, as far as being “Muggle-born” was. She didn’t care, though, after her brothers were finally able to tell her stories of Hogwarts and all the different things they’d be able to do.
Since then, she has been going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. At the age of fifteen in her fifth year, everything has been going well. The first years of Hogwarts, though, were torture as her brothers were upperclassmen, constantly teasing her and continuing the tricks they’ve doing since kids. But ever since they have graduated, she has been able to renew herself. Her only goal this year was to fall for anyone else’s tricks for the countless history of pranks made in public by Johan and Jonah now that they were gone. Ever since these pranks, she’s been labeled “The Drisscoll Twins’ Little Sister” who always fell for their stunts and what not. Let’s really not mention as she began to go through the changes of puberty. That was just torture to the extremist teenage brothers level.
“Fifth year’s going to be hard.” That’s the motto she’s been telling herself since fourth year ended. “But definitely easier since they are gone…sort of.” The only thing on her mind now is to rebuild her reputation and to concentrate on the OWLs she’d be taking during the year. Let the times begin [Individuality] The first thing you’d notice about Jane is her endless smile, and maybe, the happiness she emits from it and the never-ending words that come out. Unless you’ve done something to upset her, though she rarely gets upset, the grin on her face will never fade away. It’s probably because she’s really warm and outgoing, despite her prankster ways. She cares about others, not liking labels such as the “slimy Slytherins” or some others like that. The one thing she doesn’t care about – what people think of her. She loves being herself, except for those quiet moments she has. She accepts people easily, and very easygoing, so you’ll never feel cold as long as you’re with her. But maybe something she shouldn’t do is trust everyone, because she always has the belief of benefit of the doubt.
Sometimes, her reasoning isn’t all that perfect. Jane admits, she has incredibly bad timing at anything. She says the right things at the wrong time, and always regrets it. She’s a bit bright, though she dims out as she can’t understand some simple situations. Because of her inability to figure out things, she makes up for it by planning jokes and tricks, something Jane inherited from her brothers, who they got it from their Muggle father. Even at Hogwarts, she doesn’t often care for the rules, though she tries to not cross the line. Most of the time, she wouldn’t care if you try to belittle her or something else, but once you cross the line, she can tend to be a little emotional. This is a side she rarely shows, often showing her sunny side. She’d be rather defensive when you’ll ask, denying it and acting a bit superior.
As she cares for everyone, she’s a bit stubborn when you tell her you’re fine, even though you’re not. She loves to be able hit with verbal comebacks and prove what she can through magic, knowing she’ll hit you if it’s true. Jane can tell how people feel, though not sure if she should interfere at times or ask. A magnet to trouble, she’s not that cooperative in situations. Most of the time, she’s a loud mouth, being lively and animated everywhere she goes. But there are those quiet moments where she thinks to herself, staying quiet and staring into space. She usually enjoys watching the sky, though she isn’t fond of people knowing that. Being an “airy” person is something she wouldn’t want to admit to.
Because of her mother, she’s learned how to speak Taiwanese. She often sings in Taiwanese under her breath, though it annoys her brothers (even though they can understand). Jane can play guitar, so she can sing better. She likes drawing as well, having her own little sketchbook with her. Having coffee over the summer is something she misses at Hogwarts, not being able to find any. The sky is her constant companion, and skipping along the grounds is her joy. As much as you’d want to be annoyed by Jane, you can’t help but think she’s a bit of a cheery little witch with an optimistic front. [Likes] fun people

She's really cute, too, so that's another reason I like hanging around her. Her bright personality makes her fun ti hang around."
History, if any: Same house and same year so they met each other through classes and sittings in the common room. Now onto entering fifth year they're pretty good friends that like to make each other laugh and just hang out.
Plot ideas: Yes, pretty good friends is perfect, because Skander approves. They seem to have a thing for each other, possibly a relationship between the two? But Skander might end up breaking her heart when he tells her his heart only belongs to Melanie. But if it does happen he'll enjoy it, while he can.

What you think of Jane: "Jane's adorable. I love her to death. I remember when she was a little firstie, and I also remember her older brothers. They were really, really, really cute. Haha. History, if any: Lorraine was friends with her older twin brothers, and met her when she was in ther 1st year. Basically, Lorraine was like an older sister, and would help Jane with anything she needed.

What you think of Jane: “Jane is really cool! She is very nice and I love her quirky ways of seeing things. Her older brothers were like my idols. Plus, she is pretty cute, right? ;D I should ask her for help on my homework this year.”
History, if any: Fig was introduced to Jane more than likely through Alice, and, unfortunately, he was completely in love with her (and Leigh) in his 1st year. He got over it the summer afterward, and really just became friends with her in his 2nd year.

History, if any: Hollywood and Jane are in the same year so they have some classes together. Jane has confinded in Hollywood and he was there to listen, to make her feel at ease, there for her to trust.
Plot ideas: Yea, Hollywood said that's fine. In fact, he likes talking to Jane, he finds her interesting and yet he feels that he's on of the few people that understands her when she's quiet and thoughful or looking up at the sky. He hopes that Jane trusts him and he hopes to trust in her one day and confide in her.

What you think of Jane: “Haha… HAHAHA. Ha. Her brothers were quite the jokesters before they graduated school. But, I have to say, I did not like that little nice prank they left for me after saying something about them last year. Jane Driscoll is their little sister, someone who’s close enough to Jonah and Johan to where if I prank her, it’d almost be like doing it to THEM. But Jane is such a cutie, with a quirky down-to-earth personality. I like it. But her brothers… they ruined it. Hmm… maybe if I toy around with her a bit, if she’s not smart enough to figure out that I’m after her because of her brothers. But I don’t know… going after an innocent girl, especially a cute one, would just be soooo mean… oh well.”
History, if any: Other than Jane’s older brothers pulling a prank of Quinton (might I say an embarrassing one), and maybe even Quinton being slightly good friends with them, there hasn’t been much there. Quinton has, though, thought Jane to be extremely cute.
Plot ideas: Hehehe. I like your idea. But Quinton wants to mess around her with her head with romance and then drop her quickly before it turns out to be anything big, so I’m kind of trying to tell him to not do that… but maybe, just maybe, Jane can change his mind if they get into a friendship, or even a romantic relationship, because Quinton really isn’t that heartless. But I found it funny for him to be after her. So we’ll say that he is.

What you think of Jane: "Jane? Er, yes, I think I know who you're asking about. Where do I know her from? ....Oh! She's one of Skander's really good friends! That's where I know her from. I don't know her that well, but I know that Skander likes her, mostly as a friend, but still. I guess you could say I'm a bit jealous of her, since she gets to hang around Skander anytime she wants since their both in the same house and year. But other than my slight jealousy issue, she seems really nice. Maybe if I put my jealousy aside we could become friends."
History, if any: Nothing much really. Melanie met Jane through Skander and since then she's seen him hanging around her. She's jealous of Jane, though she would never admit it to Skander, or Jane for that matter.
Plot ideas: I think that if Skander and Jane do end up having relationship Melanie will become extremely jealous and will confront Jane, telling her not to break his heart like she had so many times. Because really, Melanie doesn't think she's ever fair to Skander. And with that Jane might tell Melanie off based on the things she's heard on the fourth year slytherin. If that doesn't happen maybe they could be friends, or become more trusting of each other at least.

What you think of Jane: "Just another Gryffindor with nothing but a hamster wheel for a brain."
History, if any: None, really. He's heard about her family's prankster legacy indirectly but won't give it a second thought until he sees something that actually amuses him.
Plot ideas: Seeing as two of her dislikes are insensitivity and conceit, I don't foresee them getting along very well.

What you think of Jane: “Ahh, Red’s little girl friend from Gryffindor, right? She’s adorable, and I find it extremely amusing that she’s the same exact size as Alice. But they’re opposites--Jane seems like a calm, dreamy type, while Alice is… just not. I liked her brothers; they were quite funny.”
History, if any: Other than Alice occasionally saying something about her in their conversations, nothing. Maybe a few conversations, while Alice is there.
Plot ideas: Hmm, I dunno. I wanna say they should become better friends, but that might be highly unlikely. Any ideas?

Relationship: Somewhat of a rocky relationship, but she really doesn’t know Jane
What you think of Jane: “Humph. Now why would I know who this Jane Driscoll is? She seems like a quiet girl, but still a Gryffindor. Ew.. Plus, I‘ve heard some pretty strange stuff from Quinton at home, like how he needs to get revenge for what her older brothers did to him--which come to think of it, was pretty funny.”

MiSCELLANEOUS!:: family ::  Johan Driscoll :: Jonah Driscoll

Johan and Jonah are three years older than Jane. The Driscoll twins love their little sister. They're both very mischievous as Jane, but Johan is a bit more wild than Jonah. For many years, they express their love through their pranks on her and constant teasing, in which Jane returns back with a smile. As much as they love Jane, they're also very overprotective of her. They didn't mind when one of their neighborhood friends, Aaron Flynn, dated her, since they did set them up together, ending up in a three-month relationship over the summer. But the next boy that tries to be her boyfriend without them at Hogwarts will receive a surprise present from the twins in their mail. Ever since they had to graduate Hogwarts last school year, they have left some "agents" to look after their baby sister. Currently, they are traveling with friends over England.:: friends :: Aaron Flynn

Aaron Flynn was one of the three close friends of the Driscoll children. Both his parents are magical, but he turned out to be a Squib, sadly. Over the summer, her brothers and friends set her up with him, and they went out for three months. He's a carefree, innocent kind of guy, and even though Jane and him are only close friends now, he still sort of cares for her. He sends her letters regularly using his parent's owl. He's currently traveling with the twins.
