Doesn't really bother me, other than thinking to myself "Why in God's name would you where that!?" Of course, that's mostly because I wear the same color pattern every day.
Oddly I think the same thing every time I see a drill team or people who say drill is a sport. Not sure about you, but drill isn't quite my idea of fun...and if anything there is a reason why it's considered one of the "remedial measures" for "corrective training".
But yeah, I don't mind civies doing that. I just get irked when it's real kit, since it's usually stolen kit...but camo civie cloths, go for it.
