. Katon: Housenka no jutsu Phoenix flower, pretty powerful more so the his Gokakyu. (He's mastered this.)
. Raiton: Doragon Fuuin no Jutsu- Dragon seal technique- Kain releases a dragon made of the Lightning Chakra and sends it at an opponent, the dragon wraps around the opponent and holds them in place. The draw back being he can't doe anything else while using the Jutsu. This can't be used in a one on one fight as he'd be to tired to do anything else after.

Appearance: (5'9, dark blue hair.)
Bio: A standard member of Konoha and the first in his family to pursue becoming a ninja, at first his parents were against it but eventually his parents relented. He did fairly well as a student proving better at performing Ninjutsu then Taijutsu. When he first had the chance he took a shine to Kenjutsu and has since become proficient in that with his Taijutsu being his third best skill, although Genjutsu was and still remained a lost cause until he made Jounin Rank. Where he became capable or dispelling most Chounin or below Genjutsu.
At fourteen he and his team took on the Chounin Exam but he failed in the third exam, partly because he was cut on the left eye giving him his scar. (He's not blind in that eye.) It took him a further three tries to pass the final stage. As a Chounin he continued to excel at using Kenjutsu with a normal Katana and performing Katon Ninjutsu. Half a year after becoming a Chounin like his team mates Yamaguchi Kasumi and Nosaka Toushiro (gotta draw these two next) on a reminiscence mission in the area around Tsunagakure they encountered a known blacksmith who at the time was under attack by bandits. The leaped into to play hero merely for fun or so they later claimed, he was impressed by their skills.
As a reward he offered to make the three a weapon each, for Kain he forged the Kuroko which has remained with him ever since. Three years after that he made Jounin ahead of his team mates by only a year since then he's moved on meeting up with the two when possible as well as dating Kasumi.* At twenty three he was finally given the assignment of watching over three Genin, a job he's wanted to try for a while.

Any suggestions for Kasumi and Toushiro? I want to give them good roles but neither a medinin or Anbu. (other weapon Sickle attached to a chain. For Toushiro and a pair of Gauntlets and grieves for Kasumi.

Appearance:
Bio: Rihara comes from the small Murukami clan who only a generation ago unlocked their Kekkai Genkai. The powerful Moku element a combination of Fire and Wind which excels and silent no entry wound kills. A kunoichi that long had an interest in medical ninjutsu, in the last few years she's been studying the theory of medical ninjutsu.
As a genin she's capable of the most basic of medical techniques the chakra scalpal. It however lacks true power due to the lack of a source besides the books.
