Basically used as a storage center for the town now, the large cement building appears to have survived the attack on Crosshaven. It probably has to do with the fact that it's location is just outside of the city lines.

Security isn't as tight as it should be here, with only two guards left to watch over the place at any given time, which is no where near enough given the size of the structure.
