Is it only Utah or all of the midwest?

I have a southern belle accent ^^;;
Which makes my Chinese sound odd...

Similar but, they don't use the word "sluff" to mean "ditch" or "skip class" and Utah is the only state with the glottal stop feature and good ol' "Fry Sauce" (which is mixing Ketchup and Mayonaise together).Also the first Kentucky Fried Chicken was founded here in Utah.
