Everyone has little addictions or habbits
So what are yours?

I have the habbit of bitting my nails
But I've stop resently
And I'm very proud of myself

I'm a nail bitter too! Actually I just like to chew. I chew on pencils, pens, my nails, the little ring around the top of bottle caps... and gum. I LOVE GUM.

People used to ask me if I was an ex smoker (I'm not I've never smoked) I chewed so much.

Hmm... I also bounce my knee when I have a lot of energy. It annoys the mess out of everyone... especially when it's at church.

I can't give any advice on how to stop nail bitting since I still do. I've tried finger nail polish and fake nails. Didn't work.

I am also a nail biter, but sometimes i bite the skin, is that weird? -sigh- I've been trying so hard to get rid of this horrible habit..although some people I know say its strangely cute. eek

Some other habits are I eat too much sweets, & also procrastinate.

I bite on everything
I remember when I was in the third grade our class hamster went missing
They grabbed one of my pencils and though it was the hamster that bit it
So I got the nickname kid hamster for the rest of the year
