And wikipedia says their new album is gonn be released in July,

I heard about that to from people and Wikipedia but I wasn't sure of the truthness to it. I hope it's true though because I have been looking forward to it!

someone told me that they have pushed the release day til 2009.
...i can't remember who told me that xD.

I heard bout the new album, that they started working on it Jan. 2008, but i haven't heard about a release date.

i also read in a magazine that Billie Joe is playing the piano in most of the songs instead of the guitar...
i dunno if that's true though.

This is sort of off topic, but I read in an unofficial Green Day biography that I bought that they were also making a movie. I can't remember the full details but I don;t know if it's a movie they were going to make or be in. It may have referred to the Simpsons movie but I think it was one they were going to make. Again, this could have been a joke that Green Day was playing or what. But Billie said they were going to take their time with it and not rush it. They were just going to make it to, the were'nt going to star in it or anything.

Isn't it supposed to be like a movie version of American Idiot or something?

i just want the new album to come out already.
i hate all those people that talk about Green Day being sell-outs.
gawd;; its sooo annoyingg. YES! That is SO annoying. People are so stupid sometimes. Some people hate Green Day just because they got popular and some people hate them because other people hate them, so they just blindly follow everyone else like little sheep. GAH! It makes me so mad soemtimes. My friend and I spent an entire class period (about an hour) talking about why people think they're sell-outs, and it still made no sense to us. My conclusion: people need to think for themselves.
