Who is stronger Cooler or Frieza

Explain who and why. I think that cooler is stronger than frieza but barley

I think Cooler is stronger than Frieza. I think this because Cooler's the older brother, and his starting form is comparable in power to Frieza's Final Form, and he has another transformation after that.

Well really cooler is stronger becuase he can do another transformation freiza can't. I always wanted to see cooler in his earlier forms thou i wonder how it would differ from freiza.

A bigger question would be: When Cooler was rebuilt by the Big Gete Star, why was he rebuilt in his less powerful form?

That is a good question maby becuase when goku sent cooler into the sun he somehow transformed back into his other form i remember it well and that's how the geta star found him.

Remember, Regular Cooler is at the same power level as 100% Full Power Frieza, and he still has another transformation to go.

I think that overall Cooler is stronger, for the above reasons.
