I started watching it on saturday, and I've been watching it for HOURS straight ever since. I'm almost finished with the entire series.
Omfg.
I'm a total loser, I know, but its just sooooo gooooddd.
I think I actually learned Japanese just by watching something like 20 episodes that were subbed.
emo
It makes me wanna be a criminal mastermind.

I watched the first like 17 episodes dubbed.

OMFG, I read the manga a month or so ago and LOVED it.
Amazing, -mazing story.
I was excited through the whole thing, but I didn't wanna see Raito go. D:
There was some stuff I was confused about, though, like who that person was at the end of the first chapter with Ryuuku.
And then I saw an episode on Adult Swim [in English of course] and wanted to cry because the voices were so WRONG for everyone! D;
Raito's voice sounded dumb.
It sounded kinda boyish to me, and he definitely seemed very grown up in the story.
And Near sounded like a girl! D:
I find that the mangas are always better than the animes anyway, though.

I loved the manga too~~ i only watched a few episodes of the anime subbed though...
Plus..I like MPD Psycho more now...O.O

I just started to read that on your recommendation.
And it is weird as s**t.
I've only read the first chapter, but it seems like it could be good, though pretty disgusting and graphic in places.
But I guess it's the cultural difference from Japan and US.

Yeaaaa XD I agree it is all of the above. I came across it out of boredom...and now I'm hooked because of the underlying plotline..

It seems to be the same genre, though, as Death Note, which I loved, and I can handle the graphicness of MPD, so I think I'll like it.
