So I get the wii.
I waited infront of target for over 5 hours.
And I buy one of the few M rated games for the wii.
"No More Heros", it's made by the guys who created the weird
killer 7 game. Killer 7 is know for being consistantly on the leve or rocks
and sucks. But this new game ought to pull the series up.
It has the same edgy artwork as the killer 7, but now your more awsome
than any jedi.
You play as, honest to god, Travis Touchdown. A man who lives in the
barren city similar to what you'd expect in Grand Theft Auto. Your main
mission is to kill killers that live around the city of "Santa Destroy".
These killers range from swords to cannons in the ways they can kill you.
But the question is, killing assassins? Why would I want to do that?
Because it's fun, bloody, and a just plain good time all around.
This game uses inspiring usage of the wii remote that even rises above the
marvel of twilight princess. It's hack and slash at the most complex.
You know your doing it but you don't feel it.
And why do you kill people? To be the best! That's the plot. If you become
the best. Your boss will do you. That's the whole plot. But if you beat it with
all beam katanas you fight the most challanging boss in the game and
understand more things that you thought your brain could handle.
But this is not a game for the kiddies or the easily offended. This game
is dirty. There is no nudity but it will talk about it. There are few sexual
references but it's not really too bad. The game uses alot of harsh
language. The blood affect's aren't all to realistic, but there will be blood.
I would like to advise you to shut the hell up about the grafics. It's not
going to look like the happy pritty realistic games you might be use to,
but build a bridge and get over the blood from your eyes and look at how
this game plays. I assure you, your suppost to feel like your playing a
graffic novel, or manga, instead of playing a game. We all hated windwaker
for it's crappy graffics didn't we? Or I did at least. But you get use to it
and it gets fun. There are no real problems accept for the jobs and the
empty city, but those are just minor inconviences.
Don't let any old, stick-in-the-mud, happy boy spoil this awesome game
for how "messy" it is.
There will be a sequal.
I give it a 9 out of 10.
