Post pictures of your pets and tell us a little bit about them! This is my kitty Pumpkin: She's the sweetest most spoiled kitty cat ever. She showed up in our yard one day and I really think she was an abandoned kitten. Her little ribs were showing and she was just desperate for love and attention. We took her in and she's been a part of our little family for about a year and a half now. heart Now post more pets so we can all go "Awww!"

This is Set. I got him a week ago from my sister's baby's daddy's grandma. He was abandoned, he's declawed, and he's rotten. His way of showing love is to grab your hand and bite it. He doesn't bite down too hard. But it was enough to earn his name, he named after the Egyptian god of Chaos and desert.

Is my loverly puppy. 3nodding As a few of you know, I work at Build-a-Bear Workshop, and I recently won this cutie in a contest. I also have fourteen others, which I might post if anyone cares for me to. The chair is actual size. Disregard the Ashley Tisdale coutout in the background; it's my little sister's.

Aw, so cute!
I have a fish. I originally had two, Belle & Sebastian, but Sebastian died. D: I wish I could have a cat but my mum's allergic.
I'll put up a proper pic later, but for now... she looks kinda like that one. smile

I just hate the fact that he lives with my parents, two hours away....You know when you need the companionship of an animal that loves you unconditionally? I get that, a lot. And I hate it. Sometimes, I wish my landlords would let us own some kind of fuzzy animal.

Chance would always come and sleep with me if I was really in a lot of pain and/or anguish. It's like he always knew when I was dealing with that special visitor, because he'd always come and hang out with me (and there's a lot to say about a forty pound hot water bottle on you when you hurt, too). Animals know. They pick up on things that we either can't or won't.

This is Lidja. She will be 7 in July, and I've had her about 6 years. She was abandoned by her mother at six weeks old and was rescued from a window well. She lived in foster care until I adopted her. She is so amazing and sweet that even people who "hate cats" love her. Most nights she sleeps on my pillow above my head. She also loves to play fetch. She is skittish and it takes her a long time to trust, but when she decides you are ok, she proves it is worth the wait. It is impossible to hate this cat. This is Tycho. He will be 4 in April and I've had him about 3.5 years. A woman adopted him from the humane society, and then decided he was too much work so she dumped him off on her ex-boyfriend, who then decided he was too much work. I was working on a website for said ex-boyfriend at the time, and told him if he got the cat neutered, I would take him. I had never seen the cat before in my life but I felt so bad for him getting thrown around like that. He is very high-spirited and yes, it is a lot of work, but I love this cat so much. When he is not destroying property, he is pouring out the love like you wouldn't believe. Both of my kitties are raw-fed and indoor-only.

It's strange to say, but I sometimes hold animal life in higher regard than human life. I mean, a life is a life, but some humans... I think a life is a life is a life. I don't care if it's a dog, a human, a piranha, or a fly. I get upset when people squish bugs around me because it's unnecessary killing.

Well, since we're all posting pics of our furballs, here's mine! Her name is Jazz and she's about 3. We got her last Valentine's Day from a girl who worked 2 jobs. She just jumped in our car with no problems and looked at us like "ok, let's go to my new home." She's been my shadow ever since. Every time we've had a tragedy or I'd have hurt myself she'd cuddle up close and just look at me like "It's ok Mum, we'll get through this" I love this dog, she couldn't be more perfect for us. Well, ok maybe if she'd leve my tupperware alone? xd
