depends on what you are trying to do.

Dawn elemental is better for combo because it's more breakable. It's also good for buying time as a blocker.

The angel is really good at one thing, and that is lockdown decks. Get it out fast and just beat them in the head and protect your angel for ten turns.

Blinding Angel has versitiliy in more than just Mono W as Dawn elemental cost WWWW you will never see it in any deck but Mono W

I agree with this, and not to mention slapping fear on the Blinding Angle and start swinging for the fences while you drop your other dudes every turn, it won't last more then 5 or 6 turns in the longest game. Well maybe mono blue control it will take the ten turns....
