I got tired of the AT and Art Freebies, so I wandered into the GCD one lonely January night. Been there on and off ever since.
Late one night, I was alone and hungry, and I saw a thread. "GCD Gift Giving Bonanza!" and I was like surprised I can give gifts to complete strangers! Super spectacular awesome!
I love random gifting. heart

I was in gifting threads in the Charity/Quests forum, but you could tell people were just there for the free stuff. The Anonymous Benefactor threads in the GCD have been awesome & entertaining & I've made good friends and memories from there. ^____^

I got tired of AT as well... I still post in there, but it's just not as fun as it used to be. I suppose I'd still consider the AT my home forum, but I probably hang out in the GCD more.
I was lurking in the GCD when I saw the thread. Luckily I caught it at the start, loved the idea, and joined in! So much fun. smile

I found the GCD a few months ago. Kinda decided I would make my next nesting spot there. XDBefore that I spent more time PMing and playing the marketplace game. :]
Found it in the GCD and just started posting. ;]

I stop by the GCD whenever the Minishops and Freebies start to get overwhelming.
There's always something to talk about in the 'CD, so it's a nice place to visit. :'D
The Bonanza was just awesome timing, because I was just about to go out and start throwing gifts at strangers in Breedables.

Started in AT for a while, wasn't too happy there. Tried ED, but the science threads were either too much in the way of homework help or physics, so I left. Randomly lurked through the GCD for a while, started posting, and developed a little home. I was looking at the forum pulse...about a week before V-Day (?) and spotted the Bonanza thread. I haven't left since. *grin*

I came into the GCD after I got tired of all of the stupidness of the CB.
D:
I stumbled apon the most amazing thread thinking it was, you know, a CB giveaway thread that had been misplaced. But I saw it lacked two things that tipicaly make up a CB giveaway
Begging noobs, and bumpers!
And none of the GCDers were coming in and going "OMFG NO YOU NEWBS! THIS DOES NOT GO HERE! GO BACK TO THE CB!!"
So I stayed biggrin

Well, I've been a GCD bum for a while, and when I saw the thread title, both the idea and the presence of the word "Bonanza" drew me in. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, so I stayed, and I had a ton of fun!

I don't really have a home forum. I mostly wander around GCD, AT, CB, C/Q, and maybe once in a while tiptoe elsewhere.
I found the Bonanza because it was glaring at me at the top of the first page in the GCD, and it sounded fun. So I joined in.
