i´ve got a couple of green (no-blooming) plants standing at my window (cause they´re the easiest to keep alive) and when i water them i usually talk to them (and tease them too) you think that´s weird? cause until my mum came into my room and looked at me with that weird expression i thought that´s okay, but now, i´m a little insecure about it.

Well, I don't do it, but when people can talk to walls, I guess this is alright.
Actually, I've done it a couple of times, saying that they are pretty, wondering when will they grow faster something of this sort. But that was years ago.

There seems to be conclusive evidence that saying nice things to plants and complimenting them helps them grow healthy.
Saying unkind things to plants has the opposite effect. Stop telling your plants they're ugly!
