i believe it should be restricted in some cases like if they dont speek a lick of english then yes they shouldnt be allowed

I think there should be a limited restriction on imagration. America, at least, has always been composed of immigrants so it is only right, in my opinion, to continue allowing foreigners into the country. Besides they take all the jobs that normal Americans don't want to do and most of them are willing to work harder than some American born citizens. In regards to them speaking another language I think thats great for them to bring their traditions and culture over from their country. It means more holidays for us and a greater chance to learn a new language.
Though, like I said previously, there should be some restriction so as to keep the economy balanced, make sure disease doesn't get in, and to make it so that if there was ever another serious depression or mass immigration as back in the late 1800s there wont be anti-immigration riots where people get killed.
