well the only rules are ..you have limits of what you can do but you also can do some pritty cool stuff.
you have to make a character sheet.

you have a limit of strenght and speed they only go to 200
you do have limit breaks
no god mode
you do have better modes but you ern them by limit break
andcan fight each other...so wanna play....
