The young zompire was sitting near a window, he had lost his tail and had no idea where it was. Xin knew it was somewhere near here, and was trying to make the missing tail wiggle it's way back to him. He was hoping that it wouldn't be too long before it came back, even if he did miss it.

Nyx was wondering the halls, when a rotting scent came over her. She looked around with her green eyes until she spotted something wiggling on the floor. The tip of her tail twitch as she ready herself to pounced. Suddenly the black kit jumped toward the thing, but she missed and landed behind it. She just giggled and batted at the wiggling thing with her hand. The things seemed to keep moving, so she followed it and once in while she would bat at it again.

Xin turn around, having sworn he could hear his tail wiggling closer to him. Standing up he started to walk over to where he thought the sound was coming from. The child smiled as he saw it, looking beyond his tail to see another goyal chasing after it like a cat would. "H-hello" He said, his voice a whisper. Vocal cords or not it was hard to talk when nervous!

Nyx looked up when she heard someone speak. She sit down on the ground with plop, and for now the wiggling tail was forgotten. "Hello!" she greeted with a purr. Her ears were pricked with interest as she looked the goyal over.

The tail kept moving like a snake towards it owner, though he was moving closer to Nyx at that point and the tail was squirming all over the place to get back where it belonged. "I-it's nice to meet you!" Xin said, voice gaining a bit of strength as he spoke. A moment later he winced as the tail reattached itself in a painful manner. "My name is Xin, what's yours?"

The black kitten blinked when she saw him wince. She wasn't sure why until she saw the the thing she was chasing was his tail. "I'm Nyx. Was that your tail a was chasing? How did it fall off? Does it hurt when it falls off or when it reattaches?" she started asking, curious about him and his tail.

Xin smiled, tail twitching happily. "That was my tail. It fell off." He giggled a bit, taking his finger off. "It only hurts when I put dem back on." The zompire handed her the wiggling digit, a smile still on his face. "But dey wiggle like Daddy's do when they not on!"

Nyx took the finger and looked it over. Her tail twitch as she lightly batted it. Then she stopped and looked at Xin. "Then why did you take your finger off if it hurts to put it back on," she squeaked shoving the finger back at him.

He shrugged, "To show you?" Xin smiled, the finger still wiggling. "The fingers dun hurt much to put back on. Just the tail and legs right now." The zombire chuckled, finally reattaching his finger.

"Oh, I see. But how are they able to fall off? I can't take my finger off a then reattach it," Nyx said, trying to take her own finger off. She pulled at it for a few more moments before giving up, since it just wouldn't come off. She give her finger a small hiss, before looking back at Xin. "See my finger won't come off," she told him.

"Maybe it's cause of Daddy... His body comes apart like mine does.." He said, fingers twitching as they caught a few falling teeth. "I fall apart lots..."

"Do you like that you can fall apart?" Nyx asked, curious to what he thought of it. She didn't know if she would like the fact that her body could fall apart and then be able to reattach it.

He blinked at the question. He hadn't really ever thought about it before. "Uhh... I don't mind it really. They always reattach and stuff so it's not bad I guess.." Xin smiled, revealing where he teeth had fallen from before popping them back in. "How you like not having wings?"

"Most of the time I don't mind, but there are other times where I wonder what it's like being able to fly on my own. But it's not that bad, since Istas is nice enough to give me rides once in a while," Nyx answered. Her tail's tip twitch as she answered, showing that she give more of thought to the answer then normal.

He chuckled a bit, "I'd give you my wings for awhile but I don't think they'd attach to you" Xin smiled, tugging playfully on his own wing as if to take it off for her. The zompire did want her to be able to fly on her own, but he wasn't sure how. "Maybe if you want you can take a ride on me.."
