Baka-Updates is a great site as is their manga sister-site Manga Updates, though I prefer Manga Updates. The fanbase there is just so much more active.

If y'all can torrent, check out TokyoToshokan, Fulldls, or isoHunt. They've got everything from anime to live-action dramas to soundtracks. If you can't torrent, check out KragaMuffin. Also, if you're searching for the latest chapter of your favorite manga, try OneManga.

DeviantArt is one of the best art sites on the web. I'd be surprised if you DIDNT know about it. The Otaku.com is a good fansite. Bleach Exile is a good scantilation and anime download site. Hope I could help!
