not all shadows are cast by light...
(yes deirdre... I know this is fermilliar... but it was just way too much fun, so we'll just start over in the same setting ^^)
Rose Black is a mansion somewhere surrounded by some forest, close to a cliff which looks out to another forest, with small houses scattered around it.
Rose black is meant as a place for outcasts etc. to spend their time. the owner Gabriel (me) pretty much lets everyone be in there, but don't try to get on his bad side.
there's room for everyone, and food and drinks enough for anyone, but who knows what kind of stuff may happen in Rose Black.

Rules:
1. no cybering (ofcourse) romance is allowed, and encouraged, but no cybering.
2. cussing is allowed (even I feel like cussing a little sometime) but not too much.
3. no god-modding. you can get hurt, you gotta heal. when you get attacked and hurt, you have a handicap in the fight, so you're even more voulnerable. 4. be friendly to the other RPers, and ask if you can kill 'em ^^ through PMs ofcourse.
5. use either [[ ]] or (( )) or something like that, to speak OOC.
6. have fun, and don't spoil the RP for everyone else. you can add like an enemy or who knows what, but don't make it almost kill everyone (I've seen that happen... it wasn't any fun at all...)
7. send your profiles to me, I'll add 'em to the list.

Bio: he was born a pure vampire, his parents got killed by hunters. after that he's been hunted for years. until one day he got really annoyed by then that he brutally murdered one of the hunters, it was so bad that the other hunters got scared and stopped hunting him. ever since that day, he's been wandering around the land, to see if he can find some friendly people who aren't scared of him, though he is a vampire.

Skills/Powers: can disappear into shadows and appear where ever he wants, he has magnificent hearing, he can hear almost anything if he concentrates. He’s a master of stealth.

Abilities/powers: Andrea's powers are of the moon. She can control its light and make it shine during the day so the sun is forced to stop shining. She has special magical powers of destruction and healing, and she uses both often. Her abilities dont consist of much because she mostly uses her powers, but she does know a few martial arts just because she figured she should know something other than her powerful magic.
weapon(s): Andrea often chooses to use her powers so doesn't carry many weapons. But she does carry a nice sizely dagger hidden in her dress strapped to her leg where it cannot be seen.
Bio: Andrea when she was born, was born with pure black wings instead of pure white, so she was cast to the earth as a child, hoping that she would be killed. But instead a few demons found her, and because of her dark wings thought they could raise her to be evil like them. She never did, but become more of a tomboy and loved to fight and all that sort of stuff. She eventually decided she was done with living a life with demons, which is how she found black rose.

She was separated from her older brother, Michael, and ran away from the frenzy. She spent most of her years traveling from town to town trying not to be noticed by the hunters that are still searching for her and her brother. She stumbled upon Rose Black after running into a band of hunters, tired, injured, and distraught she decided to take refuge at the welcoming mansion and pray that the haunters do not catch up with her again.

Bio: Natalie was raised in a human family. They loved her to death. Until she got older and started to show changes that was unnatural for a girl or person to have. Her family feared her and abandoned her. For her to be left alone to die. Though she was tougher than people gave credit for. So she roams around the earth only to find where she could possibly belong. Now as a result to her being on her own, she talks to herself....often...She even refers to herself in third person.

weapon(s): She could strike thunder on her enemys and bring down never ending flames. She can also use marshal arts.
Bio: Michelle was born into the weathy Valentine family who were a group of scientist. They loved her very much and cared for her. When she was the age of 6 an old friend of the familys came down with a gift for the child. A magical amulet. Her parents were suspisouse and took it away but a week later died by being struck by lightning. Michelle was so upset that fire struck the house and she had to escape. She still needs to control her emotions but now she dosn't show any.

Gabriel sat down with a cup of tea in the chair in the corner of the room. he pretty much owned the chair, he sat there all the time. he waited like usual for people to walk in, so far, for years nobody did, but he kept his hope up.

Startled a little when she heard someones voice, she quickly spotted who it was and replied, "I guess I am." Her black wings pull back a little, as if ready for flight.

"Well...alright. Seeing as I really have no where else to go..." Andrea walked over to one of the chairs and sat down. Since she had nothing with her but herself, the one dress she was wearing, and the dagger, she didn't feel like asking if she could make herself at home in one of the rooms right away.

"well... I inherited this mansion from my parents, I've lived here ever since, and I don't intend to leave it. I just use it as a place for outcasts or wanderers to stay... but not many outcasts or wanderers come around this place." he said smiling
