This area serves as an in-between for the Borough and Ansem's Castle. The higher areas are used to store equipment used by the Restoration Committee. They contain mainly food and supplies just in case the town should happen to experience a sudden shortage. Though this was only made known after the Heartless blew a hole through a wall, this can also be an access point to the Heartless' Castle deeper into Radiant Garden.
