If Your here this means that you already know what Ikki Tousen is and yours a big fan but heres a quick refresher from Wikipedia just in case:
Seven schools in the district of Kantō are constantly at war with each other, and the students within — both male and female — have become skilled fighters and constantly battle with rival schools. Their lives and fates are guided by strange jewels, called magatama, that contain the spirits and destinies of warriors from the Three Kingdoms period of China, and also change colour according to the ranking of its bearer. The ultimate purpose of each of these high-school fighters, known as tōshi ("fighter"), is to become stronger than all others and ascend to become the eponymous Ikki Tōsen — a relatively obscure yojijukugo.
The destinies of those who wear the magatama, though, have repeated time and time again for the past eighteen centuries — without fail — and the carnage is immense each time around.

Jon Titles
*Captains and Founders: run the guild and raised the gold to get it started
*Assistant Mod: Extra Mod in case both the captains are offline
*Head of Art department: makes most of the art/banners/signs ect and is in charge of what gets passed as an official banner
*Assistant art department: Can make banners/signs/art, ect without asking head first but cannot approve of anyone else or edit the art post.
*Security: keeps an eye on the fourms and reports anyone breaking the rules to mods. Is the only non-mod that has the power to threaten banment/suspension of members and makes sure the rules stay in place
*Advertisement Official: using banners made by him/herself (and approved) or by art department to post and advertise for the guild, as well as provides a list of members they think should be invited
*Advisor: The "go-to person" for advice of any kind weither mod or member needed

*IMPORTANT* There will probably not be enough jobs for everyone once grow so positions are first come first serve and members are only allowed 2 titles. (this might change due to growth)
