Everyone we would like this guild to be the best it can so we need your help. If you have any ideas to make this guild any better please post them here. All your advice is greatly appreciated.

Have you thought about an inter guild competition? It might be a fun thing to do a little later after you get more members or a little more active.

Well, in just about every guild I'm a member of, we have a "Chatterbox" subforum so that we can post and make gold, rant, or just be random without cluttering up the main Guild Forum with useless nonsense, which also helps with keeping new Guild Announcements and News and important stuff from being overlooked.
