A deserted city, devoid of any life is where this arena is built. The city runs about two miles in diameter, plenty of space for a worthwhile manhunt. The buildings are all empty and most of the taller ones provide an excelent vantage point to view the rest of the city. The streets are quiet and barren, almost like something out of a horror movie. If the skiddish or timid RPCs are fated with having to fight here, tough luck...literally.
