The whole area is surrounded by a ominous fog that blocks out any light. Only the Kage and Mist Swordsmen are able to locate the Facility. It's practically impossible to get hear without an escort and for those who check in rarely check out. It is dark, damp, and cold. Here is where a great deal of the Kirigakure criminals end up. Most would prefer death to this place considering the mental and physical agony the prisoners are forced to go through that usually end in death. Hence the nickname it has acquired "Black Mist". (Those that are here will have their stats deminished and not temporarily. What ever changes are made are permenant.)

Rayacame up to the heavy fog and stopped. "Damn I hate this place. Gives me the creeps." She looked down to Haruka. "Maybe this is a little too harsh." She shrugged and just rolled Haruka into the heavy fog with all her might. The ice would break once it hit the facility. "Good luck kid." She disappeared in a poof.

Haruka would wake up in a pool of water, shivering and wet. "w-what the h-hell is this place, d-did they actu-actually send me to 'black m-mist?" his arm was twitching from the cold he stood, tremors shooting down his entire body, he began to smile she must find me more of a threat than i thought. Afterall that Swordsman at the Exams almost killed me. he looked in all directions hoping for any sign of a light or somthing out of the ordinary that he could follow, but all he could see was the same old mist damn, this is going to be a long day he began to limp away in no general direction

Gabriel appeared behind Haruka, he wraped his arms around his throat and mouth, silencing him. without saying a word he disappeared.

Ryuusei appears in a swirl of shadows his hands hanging limply at his sides near the hilts of two of his swords as his eyes narrow taking in the building in front of him So this is my new domain huh? Sorta reminds me of home He starts walking towards the building slowly

Tsune wandered around in the darkness. This sucks, of all places i have to be sent here. its not like it's a crime for not completeing missions perfectly. wait rule number 8 damnit. "Ryuusei-sensei!! Ryuusei-sensei!!!"

Tsune spun around unable to tell where the voice was coming from he held in a laugh at the squirt comment "your my new babysitter Ryuusei-sensei. Kage-sama's orders."

Tsune didn't flinch he was used to being threatend with sharp objects "It's not a matter of whether i'm good enough, it is that I am your new student whether you or I like it."

Tsune contained his urge to laugh "The Mizukage doesn't posess a staff. Or atleast not a special one to my knowledge." He raised an eyebrow as he spoke.

Tries to stay patient Do you know nothing of your kage boy? He has a staff made from the bone of a dragon wing, but he doesnt know he has it....It's sealed in a scroll that looks jet black with a blue lightning bolt on it.... retrieve this scroll for me and you live, other wise you'll see why i run this Facility
