Im thinkin somethin evolved into teh chicken and then it layed teh egg '-' BWAHAH or an alien pooped out a chicken, then that chicken layed an egg. I cant see an egg just appearing outta nowhere O_O somethin had to have layed it.

If you believe evolutionary theory(scientifically that means it is an agreed upon fact...) the ancestors of the chicken popped out something closer to the chicken in an egg and those popped out something closer to the chicken in an egg and so on and so on until what popped out was what we consider a chicken...so the egg came before the chicken.
If you believe in creationism...the chicken appeared out of no where and deep fried itself because its more delicious that way then raw.

actually man made the chicken through years on selective breeding...just like dogs, house cats, cows, turkeys, corn, bananas...*mumbles to self about agricultural stuff* oh and they tamed foxes recently and they started to look like doggies (sorry mew, but they did this apparently so they would be easier to raise and kill for their pelts, not so they could be pets <_<;; ) domokun
