Actually, Marth's attack has been changed to a stab. So congradulations Marth users, you can impale people now.

I saw it in his Subspace Emissary video. The player demonstrated all his moves in the beginning.

well, I know Ike's mainB is a slash, which is always better than an impale

It covers more room and it covers about the same distance as that stab if not a little little little little little bit less...

Yes, Ike will be superior...except in speed...I kinda doubt it.
Marth = better comboer
Marth = Better Final Smash
Marth = Faster, WAY FASTER

But yeah...Ike's power doesnt mean jack s**t if they can get in all of their stuff before he even gets 1 move out. Seriously, his moves are unbearably slow despite them all being kill moves. Theyre all unbearably slow says Gimpyfish, and he is a bowser main...But yeah...Marth is faster and therefore better because he can combo more, and get more hits in thus dealing more damage and thus leaving him less open for attack

Also Melee Marth is better because what he has over Roy are:
0 to death combos
Tipper on F-smashes = high damage + safer attack if shielded
Easy to combo with
Better recovery
Has a spike, not a meteor smash, but a spike...Which means people cant meteor jump out of it
He can easily combo into his spike
Marth can kill people easily from 0-50%/Death
Marth's attacks are faster then Roy's
He has a better Jab then Roy
His counter stays shorter but, with more counter frames and less that leave him open to help further ensure he doesnt get hit
He is floatier so he can get 2 forward aerials in one short hop, and has a better time recovering since he isnt a fast faller like Roy
Marth can also ensure that no one even gets close to him because most of his damage comes from the tip. Even though his inside attacks do decent damage.
He has more options when edge guarding his opponent
His Up+B his goes higher and it is faster so he can easily grab the ledge before the opponent does anything.
He can recover from way down under unlike Roy, who if you get him down past a certain point on the stage, he cant get up unlike Marth.
Marth has safer attacks
Marth's attacks have more knockback over all on all of his attacks no matter where it hits
Most of his attacks do better damage over all then Roy's
Also the best Roy Player in the world, Neo, says Roy sucks....

Well for the stab part that was just an opinion, the rest I was just correcting...I dont mind if you like one character more then the other, but if you say something wrong Im probably going to jump in and correct you...Anyways Im done on the Roy subject...

What did I ever say that was wrong? I've only said opinions.
