In the year 2030 a Nuclear war started between the eastern and western contenents. Not much later the entire western hemeshpere was deemed unable to support life, due to nuclear fallout. The humen race put asside there meaningless feude and evacuated the almost everybody out, leaving only a few behinde.

Nearly 2500 years later The animals of those contenents quickly evolved into huminoid form, with the help of the radiation. They have also developed their society to that of the european times of wizards, and kings. The humans that got left behinde didn't go without changes themselves. They developed many animal like charactoristics, but didn't change much in appearence.

Many Kingdoms developed on this land. No alliences have been made between any of the kingdoms, but that could change in the neer future. Many wars had broken out between many of the kingdoms, the most notable between the massive eastern Kingdom and the resourcfull Western Kingdom. Lasting neerly 5 years, both Kingdoms gave up the fight and settled into a nervous and fragile state of peace.How will things progress in this world isolated from the rest of the planet? That is up to you.........

+ This RP takes place in the Western and Eastern Kingdoms. The other kingdoms are there for reference to geography, and possibly to have alliences made. But the Main Rping should take place in the Western and Eastern Kingdoms.

+ Most of the remains of the ancient human cities have crumbled away. So anything found from those civilizations are to be verry rare.

+ Romance is allowed in this RP, but the NO CYBORING Rule still stands.

+ Multiple profiles can be made.

+ A King and/or Queen is needed for each kingdom.

+ Even though some of the animals have evolved. There are still normal animals living in this world.

+ The denizens of Roar of Time have no real reliable knowledge of the ancient human civilizations. (the humans have sence forgotten, and the anthros didn't evolve until a long while after the evacuation.)

Vala puckered her lips as she looked around her naturally shredded wings danced as a warm wind blew past. She looked around again kicking at the ground knowing for sure she had gotten herself lost, it just didn't help things looked the same.

Izayoi stared blancky out into the late afternoon mist that began to swell around the lake. It had been three years to the day that her father had be killed. Not a day had gone by that she didn't miss his presence. She had often thought about pursuing his killer, but honestly what good would taht do? It would just give her a moment, a brieft moment in time to savor that vengence. But, then what? That vengenful victory feeling would not last forever, and it would not bring her father back.
Izayoi sighed; pullingher knees up to her chest and placing herhead on her knees, she contuined to look out over the lake. The mist had swollen so much that by now sunken so low in the sky that the surrounding willow trees had casted their eerie shadows upon the ground. The air became colder, reminding the world that soon winter would be here agian. A small bird fluttered down beside Izayoi from a near by tree. Izayoi took no notice as she was lost in thought. The little bird hopped around pecking the ground here and there, then suddenly it let out a cherp of surprise and quickly took to flight. Whatever had frightened the small bird didn't seem to bother Izayoi, she still contuined to star out over the lake.
Any passerby would have sworn that she was a statue. They may have gotten a shock however when she finally stood up and stretched. There was a full moon over head, plenty of stars out. There was enoguh light for Izayoi to make her way back to her small camp. Tomorrow she would continue her journey to Hoienhiem, a small village just over the boarder of the Northern Kingdom. Roamer had it that the "Slasher" was hiding out there. If she could bring him in, he would be worth a "kings ransam" soar to speak. Her only hope was that tomorrow would be as nice a day as today had been.

Kitt eventually came up to the small town. He toulk a brief look around and siad to himself. "Janco Fort's more like it." The place was small, but it was surrounded by 6 foot thick stone walls, with giant heavy gates and hourly gaurds posted along the wall. When he came up to the gates, one of the gaurds stoped him, and when Kitt asked why the guard stated "The gates are closed at night, non can enter until morning." Kitt sighed and mumbled before turning around and finding a nice quiet spot under a tree to unrole his blanket and lie down for the night.
