I don't know about you guys, but there are many manga that I love; however, when the anime for the manga was released, the anime just didn't suffice! I'm not saying that the anime are bad necessarily, but simply saying that the manga were way better! So what do you think?
My first manga to anime gripe would be Sorcerer Hunters (the original series, not the OVA). I also seem to love the manga for Inuyasha but pretty much detest the anime, as wells as Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge (perfect girl evolution). Full Metal Alchemist as well, the original manga's storyline takes a completely different path (although the anime is pretty awesome as well). lol I could go on.

I have an example of the backwards, FLCL I enjoyed the anime much more then the manga.
I havn't read much manga so I can't really weigh as heavily.

Hmm...kinda Furuba. There a lot of aspects of the anime I was really upset about when it came down to how they carried out the plot and how they chose some voice actors. :/
I've never read Hellsing, but the anime was good. :3

Love Hina for me. Once I bought the dvds after reading the manga, it was just.. bleh. It didn't have the feel that I thought it had when reading it manga form.

I've never read Hellsing, but the anime was good. :3 I hear alot of debate over Furuba. I liked the anime and the manga, but they were, to me, completely different stories (i mean, pretty much they were). I was upset with the anime because of the brief glimpses of important characters and the "whatever" type of ending.

zeko771 I would have to say One Piece rofl i kinda agree with that i love one piece but the anime have bad dub voices(well so does naruto[really bad] bleach[not really]) but the anime is more specific since i can tell whats going on

I wish they went into more detail with the anime cause Furuba is pretty intricate. And Momiji. Oh my God. I was so ticked. He's one of my favorite characters in the manga and how they did him in the anime was awful. >< New voice actor?? I think so! I have to say that I was super happy about Ayame and Shigure though.
The anime just could have been a lot better overall.
