Other Background Info: A rich kid from out of the country, Devon made himself known in the AT world rather quickly. He was given his fathers "Special Pair" of AT's when he only six. Of course he could not fit them until he turned fifteen, but he practiced with regular pairs until that day. While only nine, he started his first Team, Pretos Talon, the Black Talons. For a little kid, he had many good friends. Three of the members were in their early teens. Everything was expected to go down hill when they were finally defeated by a real ranking team. He was twelve.
During this race, the young boy found his road, one which he called the Hurricane Road. However, everyone, including his father, shunned him for saying such things. Instead he named it the Tempest Road, which to his surprise was exactly the same road his father had named his.
A year went by and Devon left the world of Storm Riders to become a casual rider. He took up interest like a normal teen, which is where his interest in martial arts came from. Then suddenly, his house was attacked by several storm riders. Before he could even slip on his AT's to fight back, his dad had already handled all seven. However, it was no longer safe to live in Brazil.
Devon packed his things and moved to Japan, AT central, where he got back into the AT hubbub. Once he got use to the lay of the new land, he began to create and empire by himself, toppling over large name groups in the lower circle, and defeating leaders outside of regulation battles. Because of his style he used, all his movements were silent, earning him the nicknamed Ghost.
Later on, he was found, beaten and left for dead by the higher ranking AT team leaders. That day he swore he'd never be a bully again. Starting anew at age fourteen, he created the Minuano team. In as little as three months, him and his mystery crew were considered the new Kogarasumaru. This time, he couldn't be knocked down. At age fifteen, Devon donned his father's Regalia and assumed his place as the Gale King. A name that struck fear throughout the AT society, one which had challenged the way of the Stormrider a generation ago, and one that had returned to challenge that way again.
Just before he turned sixteen, Devon heard from his father the happenings of old, the stories of Kogarasumaru. He also learned of his grandfather's team, Free wind, and the rivaling team Ethereal. He was awe struck by the two leaders determination to get their points across and soon found himself following in his footsteps.

AirTrek Description: Unlike the normal AT's based off inline skates, his are based of the four wheeled roller skates. Because of their design, they allow the user to turn without having to slow down, slide sideways, and allows for movement which would not be capable on regular ATs. In short, if you seen it done on roller disco, its possible.
Duration of Ride: 11 Years
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Devon's style of riding is quite odd. It is very similar to the Wing Road and Hurricane Road in basics, but because of the difference in style of skate, the road has been separated. Devon named his road the Tempest Road, thanks to his ability to create pseudo-Hurricanes and hurricane like gusts.
The False Regalia: Anemoi and Thuellia (The Eight Winds)
Made and tuned specifically for his unique riding style, these cores are nothing more than a parts ranking higher than S class.
Infinity Atmosphere

*The name is classified by the number of hits made by the attack always divisible by 2. Max 8*
Using the simple physics behind hurricanes, the user creates a series of 8 rotating spheres of air and traps them in a ring or pseudo-hurricane, and launches it at the opponent. The rotating spheres have enough force to knock someone of their feet. The move is unique because, like a hurricane, after the first sphere hits, the second one circle around in an arch and strikes at the back seconds later, similar to how a hurricane's winds come from the opposite direction after the eye crosses over.
Tricks
360 Turbine Launch
At the start of an event, the user turns him/herself in place, allowing them to gain momentum and speed thought they are staying still. By straightening out into a "side surf" position, they rocket out with a momentary boost in speed. This is hard to control since you are spinning and it is possible to not have enough friction while attempting it.
360 Corner Shot
By using the four wheeled AT's to their fullest, the user can spin on the front wheels of the skate turn and launch themselves in a new direction without having to actually slow down, though they are momentarily spinning in place. This is the hardest move to pull of because, to much forward momentum will cause you to crash headlong. The only way to successfully do the trick is to lean the body into the center. Not allowing the user that will cause them to have to either abandon the trick, or risk being thrown backwards(or forwards in some cases.
Ghost Wind
Simply, this is the ability to ride completely and totally silent to all but those who can hear inside the AT.
Capo'ale
This is simply Capoeira on skates. Those who can manipulate the wind can spin fast enough to draw in opponents or blow them away like a twister. But this is very strenuous on the body.
All tricks are based solely on how a hurricane has an eye, and that after the eye passes, the wind comes from the opposite direction. All attacks come in twos.

Other Background Info: Ray grew up in laid back Florida, where the best thing around is to pretty much jump on, off, around, or into stuff. And a roller bladder, he was all over the place, running up, or down, or across, or through and into whatever he could. But pushing his own weight around was a workout he did not enjoy.
He had always felt like a waste of talent with his lack of physical prowess, but always tried his hardest. Every moment for him was a workout, if he walked, it was a power walk. If he was going up stairs, its 2 at the least.
Before ATs, he wanted to become a break-dancer. However, the people from his orphanage would not let him do anything else, like doing normal things other children did was wrong.
One day, while talking to pen pals over the internet, he was given a package. They were AT's just his size. His internet friends had sent him a pair. Now he could express the same ideas with his ATs on. And, oddly, to no ones surprise he was good at it.
He was always in love with Japaneses culture since digimon hit the states. Love's music, and will always have a song in his head. And this only influenced his desire to Get up and get out of the states. A few years back, he came across Devon, the pen pal who sent him the AT's and became a supporter of his ideas. Despite his appearance and seemingly strong lack of interest in any labor what so ever, he became on of Devon's closest and most trusted members and friends.
Appearance: Ray is an Jamaican-American, but his complexion is pretty light. His usual hair style is a sort of mini fro, enough to say he has hair, not enough to be a real hair style. He is thick, but not fat. And he is a very tall individual. (it'd be easier to show you a RL pic cause no one draws black guys without dreads.
AirTrek Description: Regular looking two wheeled blue and gold inlines with white and gold wheels.
Duration of Ride: 12 years, not including time on regular skates.
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Razgriz has the ability to vibrate objects fast enough to destroy them as well as bind them into something new. This ability over objects is very similar to the Gaia and Jade Roads, however, instead of rendering the object helpless, the object can be controlled to an extent. By mainly applying this on the element of carbon, which is in almost anything, Ray has the ability to completely vaporize an object or a person if need be, only with his regalia active though. He calls his road the Particle Road. Everyone else calls it the crystal road because of the carbon crystals left behind after an attack.

Occupation: Part Time Stripper(inside joke about this character and person based off of it), hair styleist American Anime Artist, and holder of the title Burn King
Hobbies: Drawing, Painting, Playing Video Games.
Other Background Info: Although he is an American, he has lived most of his life in a Gravity Child facility. He had little knowledge of the outside world, but he did get an okay idea through anime. And from that he gained his ability to draw, paint and create magnificent hair master pieces. From as long as he could remember, he, Kaleb, Satsu and Bernard had been riding AT's. When Devon had busted them out and filled them in on the real world, they were all for his idea of a free place to fly. Even if that meant that one day they would have to fight others.
Appearance: Pheonix
AirTrek Description: They look exactly like spitfires Regalia, only the orange and yellow patterns are reversed and at the front are two purple triangles which represent the eyes of a phoenix. They were dawn on but look like they are part of the original design.
Duration of Ride: All his life
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Phoenix has the ability to make fire anywhere as their is friction, even with the air. With his Regalia, he can use the draft between the two wheels to create a friction between the two columns of air. Because of the way the columns blow, the flames come out like wings. He calls his road the Ash Road, because his road is burned into the surface of an object, and anything highly flammable will become ash.

Alias: Bloody Angel

Gender: Female
Occupation: Nurse's Assistant, Doctor, Medical Student, holder of the title Faith King
Hobbies: Listening to music, dancing, beating up annoying boys.
Other Background Info: Sarah grew up a normal life with a not so normal family, and just happened to be introduced to her half cousin she never knew she had until both their parents decided to tell them that they were Gravity Children. Her story continues from their. She has followed her Cousin ever since, though she is more a trouble maker around him than help. She picked up AT's not to long ago, and is no better than a B rank, but her abilities as a Tuner Rival those of any Tool Toul To, even the Pledge Queen herself.
The reason everyone calls Sarah "Bloody Angle", is because she gets a lot of guys, but sends most of her boyfriend or potential packing with a nose bleed, broken jaw, and finger, or half their face missing. But, if you try to be her friend, she'll be really sweet to you, till you say the wrong thing. Calling her lesbian equals an almost guaranteed death. Only two of the initial twelve have walked away with all limbs fully intact.

Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Angel rides the Knell Road, a road similar to the Ring road, only, the tunning occurs during the fight. Her Regalia happens to be the pendant about her neck which is a multipurpose tool.

Occupation: Olympic Trainer, holder of the title Null King

Other Background Info: Bernard was one of many of the Gravity children who were at the Japanese GC facility. He was liberated by Devon and introduced to the real world and what ATs were being used for. He hated what he saw. So, he decided to join Devon. The two are close like brother, and it is an undeniable fact that he is Devon's biggest fan in terms of his rap career.
Appearance: Bernard
AirTrek Description: He has a regalia suit like Nue. On the suit are wheels with thin metallic wires running around them.
Duration of Ride: All his life
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: He has the ability to steal charges from the air and ground, which allows him to become a walking lightning bolt. And by using the metallic stings on his gloves, he can transfer charges to what he touches through conduction. He calls his road the "Static Road."

Occupation: Martial Artist, holder of the title Feral King
Hobbies: Fighting, Killing, anything that deals with violence
Other Background Info: Satsu is the weirdest one in the bunch. Even though he he joined Devon at the liberation from the GC facility, he only did it because he wanted to fight, which he does very well on and off ATs. Despite being a masochist, he does understand the fact that freedom is a given right. He has a good heart, and enjoys beating up on people who boast about power. Problem is, sometimes, weak people overestimate themselves. All in all, he's their for the fight.
Appearance: Satsu
AirTrek Description: His regalia are similar to the the fang only, the blades on the wheels face the opposite direction.
Duration of Ride: All his Life
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Satsu has his own version of the fang, but more technical and devastating than the Fang Kings. Instead of making a sharp "fang" with the use of a vacuum, the fang is the vacuum, sucking the air into it and becoming bigger and faster as it travels. The attack is also noticeably diffrent because the vacuum will suck up the and deposit it behind the target in the form of claw marks, like some beast with bloody claws had attacked everywhere else except the person. He rides the "Carnal Road."

Occupation: Street Racer, Holder of the Title Draft King
Hobbies: Racing Basketball, Footbal, Secretly a video game lover.
Other Background Info: Kaleb isn't the most interesting person on the team, but he is one of the strongest. After being liberated by Devon, he left to find out what real life was like, and enjoyed it to the point where he gave his Regalia up to someone else and started living a normal life. He even picked up racing. The thrill of it was exhilarating, but compared to what he could do on his ATs, the racing life was to slow. Tracking down the one he handed his ATs to, he found getting them back was even harder than racing cars. So, he went back to Devon to join up again, first for the thrill, but slowly his reason moved more towards the actual reasons Minuano was created.
Appearance: Kaleb
AirTrek Description: Kaleb's AT's are, in a word, weird. The color is black and blue, five wheeled ATs, and the wheels have small square openings going a round the center of the wheel, meaning it has ten wheels not five(think shoes skates that have the line down the middle but with regular size wheels). Also, the side of the AT boot has similar square openings.
Duration of Ride: All his life
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Like the Rumble king, Kaleb uses the concept of drafting to accelerate past his foes. However, this can also be used offensively. The wholes on the side of boot taking in the little air that passes as Kaleb travels and is force them against the wheels in a manner similar to Rumble King, but the wholes do not redirect it. Simply put, it makes use of the air remaining during drafting to go faster.
Also, the wheels are designed to draw in air and them compress it into small chambers within the wheel. As the chamber moves around, the mechanics spiral it to the inside. In between each air chamber is an empty chamber, a vacuum. As the two chambers pass, they are introduced to each other, the inside chamber releases the air inside to the vacuum chamber because of the suction and the air particles being plastered against the side. At the same time, the vacuum is introduced to the outside air, blowing out the air sucked in and taking in air from outside. Thus starting the process over again. This coupled with the fact that the air the thrown backwards at the other wheels helps increase the affect.
However, to get this process of air-drafting started without Kaleb drafting another requires large amounts of speed which can't be made by the AT enigine. Also by lifting up his foot, he exposes the opening to counter drafts, which reduce the amount of air coming into the wheel. This coupled with the heavy AT makes drafting almost essential for this to be successful.
Now when the regalia is activated, the second and four the wheel rise up, and the five wheel touch each other in a gear fashion. This way, the entire process with the wheels is self dependent and does not require drafting another. Simply by moving one foot in front of the other, Kaleb can self drift. This, too has a downside to its usefulness; With only three wheels touching the ground and such high speeds, turnings horridly reduced to almost a straight line.
By quickly stopping, or speeding past a person, Kaleb can use the gust of wind to knock a person of their feet. The name people thought up for his road is the "Backdarft Road", but since that was way to long, he decided to call it the "Chase Road." Appropriate for his style of running.

Age: 17
Gender: Male
Occupation: Holder of the title Rose King
Hobbies: Flowering, watching the sky, reading books, being around friends.
Other Background Info: Angel was the first Gravity Child Devon ever met, and vice versa. Thing was, they never knew that until after the attack on Devon's house. She was one of the members of original members of Pretos Talon, Devon's first AT team. During the faithful race when he and she found their roads, her dreams were nearly crushed. She had been dealt with the task of making sure no one got directly behind Devon. She was their best defender, and had a kick so accurate, she could disable a person without leaving a scar. During the race, she kicked so hard, that not only did the one opponent fall, the one a few meters behind did as well. Before she could even think, one of the other team's members attacked her, causing her to crash against a car which shattered the bones in her legs. It was believed she would never walk again, but she did recover, without the help of doctors. It was a miracle most thought, but it had to do with the fact that every bone in her legs had already been cracked from kicking so hard. Still she could not ride. And after that day, she told herself she would never ride again.
Angel always knew she was a gravity child, but was shocked to have found out that Devon was one, and went out to seek him, hearing that he had gone to Japan. She quickly caught up with him before the GC Facility Liberation and the two had a nice long evening together. At this time, Angel still went around in a wheel chair, though she could stand and even ride. It was then that both Angel and Devon expressed their lost love interest for each other. Oh yes, they had been secretly in love with each other, and knew the other knew.
After the GC Liberation, Angel once again caught up with Devon and told him she was behind him all the way, even stepping out of her wheel chair, then abruptly destroying it, to prove her point. Since then she has been following him since. She has also begun falling in love with him once more, but Devon doesn't share it with her this time.
Appearance: Lillian
AirTrek Description: The Regalia that Lillian wheres are very peculiar. While they start out the regular two wheel inlines. When activated, the front wheels "blossom" into a roses that points forward on the right AT, and backwards on the left. A small, motorless wheel rests under the rose so that it will still move, but speed is greatly reduced.
Duration of Ride: 5 years, due to her inability to ride for several years.
Gifted/Talented Abilities/Roads: Lillian has the ability to aim not only kicks, but palms as well, in a manner that she can disable a person without harming them. With her regalia, whenever she kicks, air is gathered into the rose from the pedals and drawn into a chamber. When the foot comes back or suddenly stops, the air is ejected at high speeds, and fans out making a gust that can knock a person back, slow them down, or completely stop them in their tracks. It is like being tackled head on by a professional football player with him in all pads and you in none.
Lillian's road is called the "Floret Road."

So I've been back in Japan for about three days now, and it seems my presence has already seemed to make the air tense. But then, I guess that should be expected of me. The more I think on my plans, the more I don't want to fulfill them. I mean, I want the Kings and the Regalia gone, but I don't want to have to crush someone in the process. And in this current age, with more and more Gravity Children popping up out of nowhere, newer, stronger teams seeking to take control of the Troupheum, still going for the Sky King title.... which brings up an odd rumor I heard. Apparently, there is a person holding that title. But then that would mean someone would have had to have to be in possessions of "those things." *Shiver* I'd would hate to even think about the battles ahead if that were true.
Also, Pheonix tells me that my good friend Sero has recently become the new Flame King. This only makes things harder for me and everyone else. I've seen his riding abilities, and I've known him since he was still one of the Seven sins. I can't imagine what he must think of me knowing full well I aim to strip him and the other Kings of their titles.
It's..... all so wrong. I really don't want to do this. I don't want to fight. I just want to fly with my friends.... no.... my family. I want to be safe with mom, and dad and not be the cause of their pain. If only I could just drop this whole thing all together...
No. This is the road I choose. I will ride it out all the way, until someone crushes it....or me......

It's been confirmed. Sero is now my enemy. I took it pretty hard at first. You know me, I hate having to fight those who I want to fly with. Unfortunately, I'm afraid if I'm going to beat him and the other Kings, I'll have to hold nothing back. I'm not afraid though, and my time to cry has passed. But I'm still a storm rider. I won't take this to the streets. I'll fight them fairly, on their terms. My only hope, I won't have to get the rest of the team involved. I know some are willing to die for me. Tch, I call them crazy. But their determination is what will keep me going. Sero. Forgive Me. But If we fight, I will destroy your wings.
