Anyways, I was wondering, which do you think is harder? At least, the math portion of them, and why.

And I know neither of them. I love my school's math, I don't even have to do anything, just go through it all in my head. Which strangely works the best for me because I don't feel stressed or anything.

I only took the SAT but I didn't take it seriously. All my friends were like spending every night at SAT cram courses and private tutoring and stuff. I just walk into the test with my pencil. xD But it's okay because I didn't really need SATs for anything seeing as I was going to go to community college to begin with.

Yeah, the most prep work I did for either of them was I went through the practice book that came with the ACT packet one time, like 6 months before I actually took it. xD
And I literally walked into the SAT with just a pencil...I forgot my calculator...

I never took either one, but I did take an IQ test, and ranked about 165.
So I doubt they even matter...unless you need requirements met for a college. But it's still just as good to go to a community college.
That's what I'm doing, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper too!

Yeah...the SAT and ACT are a bit over rated...but colleges are looking more at like, what you did, community service, volunteering and stuff like that, so tests and grades mean less and less.

Not that grades aren't important, I just couldn't care less about those tests.
I laugh, especially now that it went from 1600 to 2400. That's just retarded.
It's basically saying "the old test was crap, so here's a new scoring method."

never took the act but it is a girls test though... i mean wimpy but not in a discriminatory manor to females though so i prolly shouldn't have typed that... anyways, act is more language minded also the sat if you miss things points actually get counted off so yeah sat=harder

I have to disagree, I did better on the SAT, and I didn't even have a calculator :\
The ACT's Science section is rather hard...and the SAT has nothing like it...
And I think the main difference is that the ACT is generally used in the mid-west, and the SAT is used mainly on the coasts. The rest of the country uses either or.
