Heart racing and mind boggling over the cats next moves she heaved a sigh her forehead drenched in sweat as she reached out claws. Normal claws not her metal ones although they were close enough. she was working on her speed and fighting. After her trip into the woods she could only hope to get better and be able to catch anything. Her ears tuned on a bush and she smirked launching to retreve a flailing cat. "Hello Bastet... just gotta find Bakar then i can go in and wash up before i have to be civil" a Smile crossed her face. Out of the woods finally sam was becoming more...friendly..she still had her moments and her lapses of mentality but she was pretty much stable now. HEr eyes and ears scanned the bushes. "There" she launched forward and retrieved the other cat. "Ok...now lets head back to the castle." She fluttered her wings wiping her face on a towel she had brought out.

As one of the oldest awakened gargoyles in the clan, even Kyire did not know many of the others. The particular one nearing the castle, he recognized from the trip in the forest. The male grinned slyly, jumping down from the not-too-far-from-the-ground balcony and landing on his feet. His toothy grin still plastered on his face, he gave the girl a wave. "Hey, Hunter-girl!"
He looked the girl up and down. Being a soon-to-be-as-soon-as-he-passes-the-stupid-test-warrior, he really should have known the people that have different ranks from normal goyals. But he wasn't really sociable. He was arrogant, though.

Sam, startled, jumped with a gasp. The two cats at her side instantly snarled a warning until sam hushed them with a whispered command to be quiet. she looked up at the goyal and smiled "Hello...Kyire...right? you were in my group on the were wolf thing...right?" she pet Bakar absently. "What are you doing out here?" She frowned at her self mentally. He could ask her the same question.duh...it was stuffy in side and the night was cool and crisp. There wasnt a reason to be inside.

Kyire's smile faded slightly, then returned full force, maybe even weirder than before. The man was a strange one, at least. "Just bein' outside. Y'know, the inside's just too boring for me. I would guess... By the sweat and the kitties... You were training, right?" Kyire's question sounded more of a statement than a question.

Sam smirked "Yeah... I pretty much lost the respect of two of the hunters and the only others to train with are Bastet" She pointed the brown cat out"And bakar" she pointed to the green one. "but honestly...im not too worried about it...with the goddess back and feeling well. We will get farther then before... What about you?...have any interest in coming to be a hunter?" She smiled for a bit earlier she would have prefered being a warrior only after aeitory told her of the privledge to klill freely without shame. Her she was a hunter...she could kil the poor animals without shame... Oh yeah she would be rewarded for that thought. Simply shaking her head she tipped it and smiled "Would you like something to eat?" she looked at her arm as if there was a watch there"its half past a hair... not many people are in the kitchen at this moment" She smiled. "Im hungry so thats where ill be" She smiled boldly bigger then she had smiled since she founf out about klen... he wasnt herrs she reminded herself and shook her head. If Klen was happy so could she be.

"Hrm..." The goyal pursed his lips, as if he was actually thinking. "Well, whatever opens up first. I just don't want to be normal. My family needs someone with common sense that is different in the clan. Well, we have Iceman, but we don't really consider him family. Slaidne had a history of torture, and Kialiu's too young. "
Kyire shrugged his shoulders. "Yeah, I could eat."

Sam smiled. "We dont call our group a familly....its more of a possie. " She smirked "But hey... we have two hunters... a warrior...a cyclops... a normal old everybody and a goddess to call us friends...although Zara....she isnt really our...group just... there ya know." She shrugged. Walking still walking... She breathed in thinking of those said people. Vy wanted to gain a warrior position too. She looked back at the goyal She fluttered her wings absently walking into te kitchen

"Yeah." Kyire said at the mention of Sam's family. "Almost like mine, just... Bigger." He sighed, half grinning. "So you have a God that stays with you, too? Ghia's... Okay, he's just a little weird. He doesn't have those cursed kids, but he made those tiny little half-goyals... Creepy little buggers. We have two of those with us." The teal goyal shook his head, rewrapping his arm bandages as they walked.

Sam smiled "Yeah the goddess we rescued...she stays with us... She like moans her praises to tyrent enough to make it go to his head..." She smiled. "SHe is either bugging tyrent or sleeping in her cat form...not much whatever... She makes animals inot children ...i think..." She shrugged "But its really just if they want it...So shes not much like ald in that sense...SHes very....mellow" Sam stepped into the kitchen holding the door for him and the two cats. "I heard she was going to teach the hunters a bit...since she is the goddess of the hunt..."She smiled "But i bet Zara wouldnt be happy that we are talking abouit her..." She smirked "And those little deamon things...yeah we have one or two running about... Tabasco... Hes the worse..."

"Heh, that would make anyone have a big ego, I think." Kyire chuckled, stopping to let the two cats go in before him before he held the door himself and motioned Sam to go inside. "Yeah, that makes a little more sense. And those minions are holy terrors, we can barely keep them still!" He rolled his eyes.

Sam nodded "Yeah...positively evil" She smiled and walked to the fridge pulling out a hunk of meat from the deer she and banshee had dropped earlier that day. "Raw cooked or raw sandwich...?" She pulled bread our and then using a claw carefully carved the meat.

"Just raw." Kyire smiled, tilting his head to the side only slightly. He looked around as he walked in- he didn't really take too many trips in the kitchen.

She was watching him as he looked away. She threw a hunk at him..when it was half way there she smiled and yelled"Catch..." She went back to slicing the meat for her sandwich. Giving a bit to each of the cats.

Kyire grinned, catching the meat with one extended hand. Biting into the meat, he looked back at Sam. "Hmm... You look younger than me... But not by much..." He mumbled, more to himself. "Ur, yeah. My caretaker said that I was one of the first goyals to return... An you're just about in that same time, yeah?"

Sam smiled"I was actually the third to come back... " She frowned. It was odd how she could be all whatever one minute and then smiles the next. She shook her head. "But...I guess im basically the same age as you." She shrugged and rolled her head on her shoulders. "Todays ben a long day...well night...well...you know" She flashed a smiled and took a bite of her sandwich pulling herself on to the counter. she smirked to herself
