My friend just installed the sims2 seasons pack, and now when her neighborhood loads....you cant see houses or anything, cant click...cant play.
Does anyone know what she could do to fix this?

Has your friend downloaded anything that was made specially for the previous expansion?

Sometimes such a download can cause the game to crash.
