I think that part of the reason you're not getting any replies is that what you two do together is so very individual. It's a bit like asking "What should we do in bed? We have a bed, and some condoms." I can't tell from your post how involved the two of you are. Is this a 24/7 relationship? Do you restrict your play to the bedroom? Are you heavily into S&M or are you more into Domination and submission? Do you just want to play Nasty School Teacher and Frightened Little Boy?
Go download a fetish checklist from the net, and go through it together. As for toys - meh, I've got a couple of thousand dollars worth, and we never use them.
My only real suggestion, and I know you won't like it, is - if you don't know how to be a Domme, stop trying. Find an experienced Dom/me who is willing to train *you*. Lots of deaths and serious injuries happen every year from people who are new to the scene and jump into it headfirst.
I can just agree to fioce... it can even be dangerous, if you don't know your limits as a dom, or the limits of your sub, so before you starts anything, find out what you like and talk about it.
and for ideas, later on, in tool markets you can find a lot of stuff you could use for playing, but first, like fioce said already find out what you like... use your fantasy
