She is a folklore character, told in the stories of a small village near swamps. Think of Grimm Brother's style, grotesque, dark, strange. They tell a story of a priestess whose mind turned into a monster's and now even the animals of the forests fear her. You shouldn't get too far into the forest, especially at night. If you do and you're lucky, you might see a glance of this strange woman who now roams in the swamps and forests, monsters as her companions. In the village they call her "Midnight Kitten" as she is still but a young maiden, whose eyes shine like a cat's in the night. But if you're unlucky... she might see a glance of you.
Monsters: I usually imagine the monsters as tentacle-type without the hentai part, or as very strange ones - not really as extremely scary alien-sort. But those are finally up to you to decide.
Dress: Ragnarok Online Priestess dress as the 'main concept'.
