In another guild someone wrote.

When you are born you have no rigth to exist, therefore you have done nothing to earn it. When everyone is born they have no right to exist.

I replied:

Well existence is living. So if your saying that when someone is born they have no right to live? Meaning when you were born you had no right to live, neither you nor your parents or anyone else has a right to live? If that is what you mean then you have got the meaning of existence all wrong.

Any suggestions?

Of Course not. If your born you have the right.

What are rights but things that people make up themselves? Animals never had "rights" or needed them for that matter until people came along and gave them to them... So rights are only things people assign things... So, why, when we are at our youngest stage, at the point where instinct, the little that we have, is the strongest, do we care about rights? Why do we have to earn something that only exists on old pieces of paper and in our minds?

Hmmm let me think about this one......
Ok so I read my cousin's answer and I think she has a good point. I mean we all deserve a right to live if we use the privilegde for good reasons. Right?

Thank you

I have, but not as an actual career... More like a hobby or something to do when I have free time... (I never get freetime anymore @_@)

I think it's a matter of definition:

I mean, a RIGHT is something that you are endowed with and will not allow to have taken away based on a common premise with your fellow human beings.

Living is not a right, it is a state.
It's not that you have the RIGHT to exist, it's that you ARE.
because if you didn't have the right to exist, then you wouldn't exist at all now would you? and saying no one does is promoting mass murder/suicide, which is commonly held to be wrong.

BUT

the "right" to existence follows from our acknowledgment that we have rights.
if we have the right to have rights
then we must BE to have rights
ergo
we have a right to exist.
QED

somehow, i don't think i explained very well... >.>

The first time I read that it made my head hurt @_@

That's good thinking... I think you explained it very well, considering the depth and complexity of what you were trying to explain and the lack of words in the english language that help explain such things...

That's an excellent answer... (Not that it matter's coming form me @_@)

That means he's able to think in depth that few people can contemplate...

It also mean he has good vocabulary @.@
