Has anyone read this series? It's also by Lynn Flewelling. I'll admit that even though I have the books, I haven't read it yet. sweatdrop But I just got them.
If you have feel free to post in here, just don't expect me around until I've finished the series.

I started reading the first book... but I just couldn't get into it. I stopped reading after about 5 chapters.

I'm about halfway through the first book, and I like it so far. It's very different from the Nightrunner series, which in a way surprises me.

What surprised me the most is how much darker it is in comparison to the Nightrunner series. It's different too!

I found it very hard to get into, but it was fascinating once I did. Unfortunately, I think I was a little distanced from it for that reason and I never finished the second (third?) book. Very interesting, though.
Nightrunner I couldn't put down, but this was a little different.

ninja Someone want to change the title? It's Tamír. >_>; *being OCD*
Hehe. I like it. It took me a bit to get into it(until Ki, his Squire) got there, but after that...Oooh~ So amazing. I'm on the last one, The Oracle's Queen, and I'm quite impressed. It's very much different from the Nightrunner series, which most authors can't accomplish really well. I like the dark themes it has~<3 And Brother. >D Love Brother. Ehh. Not a person I hate. That's what I love about Lynn Flewelling. Even the enemy isn't so much an enemy. You see why they are doing what they are doing; something most authors don't give you a glimpse of. In neither the Tamír Triad nor the Nightrunner series so far have I truly hated someone. Almost one person, but at the same time..I couldn't hate him because he could be a good guy. (Tamír Triad. It doesn't take a genius to guess who almost made it into my hate list).
She doesn't define who is bad and who is good, nor right and wrong. Not everything goes right all the time for either side, nor wrong all the time. It really makes you think--Who is in the right here?
=D

I'm sorry! I just don't know how to work the accents in an internet explorer. I can do it on a web document though.
I loved the darker themes that it had too. It was so much different from what I'm used to reading. But, unlike you, someone did make it to my hate list.
*Niryn* I saw the reasons he did what he did, it just wasn't enough to make up for what he did to . . . the girl whose name I can't remember. Nalia . . . maybe?

Haha. That's fine. I was teasing. It's Alt+0237, but you have to use your keypad. In the case of a laptop, you have to use number lock and use the numbers that are on the letters. :/
Who made it to your hate list?
Oh oh. I already told Ms. Flewelling and she was "sorry, yet strangely pleased. wink ", so I want to mention it here...because it amuses me. ._.
I think I've found the perfect alarm clock that is the complete opposite of peaceful. It had good timing, as well. 15 minutes before I'd planned to get up. Sleeping, minding my own business and dreaming something I can no longer recall because of the abrupt wake up, I suddenly hear Lhel in my mind and think nothing of it until Brother starts his little rant in the song created about the Tamír Triad. I literally buried my head in all of my pillows and did the whole 'la la la' thing until I was positive the song was over. Just to add to the moment, my phone that I'd put under my pillow so my friend could call and make sure I was awake started vibrating right as I thought it was safe to come out from the pillows. Brother always freaked me out. Always. Now a hundred times more than before. I've never been freaked out by a book before. Ever. The Tamír Triad completely changed that. ._. Song 4
