How Many people here are Mods? There should Be some Changes in This Guild To Make It stand Out and Fun Looking so That It will Attract Alot Of People.

we should have an rp and have a sub forum like all other rp guilds we have a character profile and than we rp it should be like action and romance and fantasy kind of rp

how about an art forum? id be more than glad 2 edit pics 4 ppl in any way including size reductions/enlargements, color changes, animations, text, etc...its fun :3

To start, I think there should be requirements to stay in the guild. I don't want to say this, but from the look of it people are using this as a trophy guild of sorts. They can say they're in it, but they don't actually have to do anything. And if anyone that can get 1500g can become a mod, that could also be a problem. I'm pretty sure I've said before, but if people also needed X amount of posts to become a mod, then it would work out, because then only people that actually wanted to be a mod to help the guild out would become mods, instead of just anyone that can afford it (which is really everyone, it doesn't take long to get 1500g). Also, in order to stay in the guild, people should have to make X amount of posts in X amount of days in order to remain active. If they remain inactive for 3 months, they get kicked out. Another thing is, yes we need more subforums on other topics that would make people want to come here more than going to other forums/guilds. Like, general topic threads or subforums that makes this forum stand out from the rest. The main purpose of this one is Anime, it says so in the name, but if we confine everything to anime, the guild will die. In order to get people to post more, we have to make more topics that they may be interested in posting too. That being said, the mass-conscription project seems to be going along fairly well, I see at least 30 new members from yesterday and I believe most of them have made at least one post. We should keep this up. Hmmm... does this make me seem preachy? Sorry, I'm not really used to giving advice yet... but please do look into these suggestions! ^_^

Burutani Kasai We need more forums about random stuff, anime, games, music, etc. Isn't that what the Non-Anime subforum is for? talking about games music, random stuff, like it says anything non anime. I agree with Krad about being able to buy your way into being a mod. It should definitly a post amount and active amount. I think we should also have a democratic way of electing mods. So like a thread in which we vote yes or no for a person being a mod. That way someone can't just spam a forum get x number of posts pay the money and just get it.

like stated above, when There is a serious issue with moderators. It is HIGHLY wrong that there are 3 MODERATORS with 0 Posts. And another 5 with less then 10 posts. This is corruption in it's worst form, buying positions of power. If they cared about this guild at all you would think they'd be somewhat active here.
