Well, this is where I'll blurt out stuff that I consider important for the well good of you Twilightians.

Some may wonder what Twilight Village is. Others may not care. I'm here to take care of the former. Twilight is a new city beyond the clouds, closer to the sun than any other village. It lies at the top of a mountain, and though it is the ultimate test of any taijutsu user, there is a bridge of light that is a much more easy and commonly used path. The village is a young one, only with two Higurekages to its history. Sadly, that means that it is somewhat poor, unpopulated, and needs construction, but has the potential to be great with a good crop of bloodlines.

It started off as a new colony by Cloud to get better herbs and crops by sending a settling group up into the mountains with seeds and pretty much saying "good luck". It grew in size and they managed to build the light bridge, so it prospered. They still do a lot of business with Cloud for ninja tools and lumber, but it is for all intents and purposes an independent village.
