So what do you think about Sado or Chad's arms? That they are more Hollow like and less like a shimigami's or Qunicy's powers, I think that is weird that he was only able to gain control of his true form in the mists of battle, does that mean he is turning into a Hollow? What do you think?

I don't think he's becoming a hollow considering it seems that most characters gain their true power in the midst of battle. Also, I don't believe he's come close enough to death to be one.
