What are some things you usually bring with you for the con, or do in advanced? (I was just wondering what people would say to answer this).

Some things I do/bring are...

-Bring a plastic zip lock bag to put any bottles that have liquid in them. (back in 06 I ended up getting chocolate milk all over my AB shirts because the bottle opened xd )

-week in advace, get as much sleep as possible, and during the con drink as much caffine as I can

-Bring snack with you to eat so if you don't get to go to the food court you don't end up starving (bring water or gatorade is also a good idea)

For the caffiene thing, make sure you're also drinking plenty of non-caffinated liquids (IE: water)

And as for what I bring?

* Clothes
* Cosplay
(these two amount to like 10 changes of clothes and 6 pairs of shoes.)

* Shower stuff. That's right. Shower. Everyone must shower. smile

* I buy snacks at Shaw's on thursday night

* vitamins. even if you normally don't take them, bring them anyways, you'll be out of your normal environment and will probably sleep less, so a daily multivitamin is a good idea to stay healthy.

umm, and plenty of other crap XD

Huh. Never thought of the vitamin thing.
And yes, showering is good. Same with deoderant. They are both your firends.

Let's see...

There are quite a few things I do...

1) Start getting into character. I don't know why...but it helps me remember who I am @AB...lol
2) Start buying snacks a week in advance....because food there is expensive
3) Forget the snacks at home...because I say to hell with it....I will buy food there. DX
4) Finish my costume
5) Listen to my sister pester me...."What are you going to get me???" this usually goes on for 2-3 months BEFORE the con.
6) Plan rides
At the con....
1) Have fun
2) Hug everyone
3) Find my friends
4) Get lost

What I bring (or attempt to bring)
1) Water...like 5 gallons worth
2) Cell phone
3) money....LOTS OF IT
4) Snacks...this is the attempt part of it
5) Camera....but I always forget and have to use my friends. lol
