Hm... It may be coincidence, or whomever drew this picture decided to have them both facing Ichigo to show the love triangle...?
But I may be reading (or looking) too much into it. There are probably no ulterior motives other than... whatever the artist was thinking. >.> (Sorry; brain dead)

wah i love Orihime's clothes too but I kinda like Rukia's dress, ugh hoping that Rukia sees Ichi like a brother that sorta protective *need to touch* in that way lol
and am I the only one who thinks hime's boobs are more...circular here? or am I perv xp
