Bio: Celestina is a beautiful woman who often is seen with men of any type and race. She runs a large apartment building that she inherited from her father when she was about twenty years old. Her mother died only five days after her birth, and she was left to fend for herself with her father's drunken behavior. He always thought he got her to do it, but it was him being influenced by her behavior.
Abilities:
Fire shards: Celestina can take any object and break it into pieces. Those peices can then be flung at someone or something while in flames. Limited mostly to what is easily to set flame to. However, this ability can be used on metals as well.
Soul restraint: Celestina can set up a barrier that can hold someone's soul in it. The smaller the barrier, the more effective. However, it depends on how strong that soul is.
