With these debates, one must be patient and keep a cool head. You must fight back with kindness and truthfullness, and especially, in love. Love your enemies! ^^
Most likely, they are thinking the same thing. You must be patient with them, and you must try to warm their cold heart up with the Truth. That is how I debate with Atheist's. And all in all, though we may be different religions, us Muslims and Christians beleive in a God... And I think that we should use that similarity to it's fullest to fight back the Atheists!
